Wells Fargo Bank

The service is slow but it is better than a lot of the other locations. Sometimes you have to go tag people down if you want their attention but overall it is an efficient operation. Love the Keurig selections. Wish they would have non-​dairy creamers. But after all it is a bank and not a coffee shop.

My go to bank when I’m at work. During my lunch break. I stopped by to withdraw money. In the drive thru with my co workers, I am asked to come inside because the amount of my withdraw. (had there been a sign, I would have know and saved a good 6 minutes) When I come inside, the teller asks me if I have a debit card. I said no (I’ve been banking with wells fargo for 10 years and never had one) I explained to him how a WF personal banker advised me not to have one, so theft purposes. The teller than goes on and tells me how some people do have it and move funds around. Not something I want to hear with people in the car and my lunch break ticking away. The teller finally asked me if I wanted an envelope for my cash. Hmm. let’s think. If the withdraw was big enough that I had to come inside, then yes, I do want an envloped so I dont get robbed on my way to my car. Bad experice, I’ll have to start going to another location during work.
