Watch Tech

Small little shop between subway and 24hr fitness. Came in for a battery replacement and found out only the crown was loose. My battery was still good and they didn’t charge me anything. Honest business owner and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their watch looked at.

I have used Miguel several times with great results. He recently serviced my Rolex Yacht Master and saved me money. I would recommend to anyone.

I have used Watch Tech on several occasions and been happy with every aspect of those experiences. I used to live in the area and had been in «just browsing» a couple times and even then it was good. Nice folks and no hard sell.
I then went in to have a battery replaced in my watch and I was taken care of immediately. Service was performed for less than anticipated cost and I left smiling.
I think the next time I had occasion to see Miguel (owner) was to replace a pin that secured my watch band to watch case. To my surprise no charge! Hand shake and out the door. I don’t think it was that he recognized me or anything like that at all. Just wanted to make a good impression and a returning customer. It worked!
I bought this Rolex from an individual. The watch had some issues and the seller told me approximately what it would cost to resolve them. (The seller deducted that cost from the listed price of the watch.) When I took the watch to Miguel for authentication, he would not take any money for that service either.
Miguel went on to verify the cost of the watch repair as the same amount the seller stated before I ever mentioned anything about it. This validated that he knew the market and was as fair and honest as he portrayed. Needless to say I gave the repair job to him… and the routine maintenance on the watch that was out of date by a few years. I paid for all that of course but left with more than being happy about it. I was CONFIDENT it was done well and for a fair price!
All this was about 2 years ago. I am currently waiting to receive a new Rolex from an on line retailer. As soon as it arrives I am taking it in to Miguel so he can check it out too. Should be here today…
Long post, I know but was checking out reviews for Watch Tech out of curiosity. I honestly expected to see nothing but 4 or 5 stars. When I saw no one had reviewed them, I thought I might as well. Now they got a 5 star review! Thanks Miguel!
