One Sunday, I was out in Katy visiting family when I decided to stop by this VW store just to see what deals they had because I was TIRED of T-Mobile’s lackluster and unreliable service. Like any cell phone store, you get the typical greeting and promise that someone will be right with you, which may happen, but nine times out of ten, it occurs at their convenience after they’ve made their sale with another customer. Not so during my August visit with Jeff E as my Sales Representative. When I entered, he came over and greeted me, asking me for my purpose for visiting the store. When I told him I was just browsing, he respected that, but stated that soon as he was finished with his other customer, he would check on me to see if I had any questions. I appreciated that. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, but was extended the opportunity to receive assistance if desired. In fact, when Jeff came back to check on me and I had questions about switching my service, he gave me his attention and answered my questions and inquiries without hesitation all while working with a purchasing customer. I found him quite personable and professional, making sure I had all the information I needed to make a decisive decision. In fact, I didn’t even make a purchase on my first visit. I made it clear that I wanted to only gather information on my visit that day and Jeff understood that. He even gave me his card for me to contact him directly if I had anymore questions after I left the store. I found that to be very thoughtful and respectful of my time and money, which is why I made a special trip back to Katy that same week to make the switch. I found the service and process of the switch very quick and most importantly, true to Jeff’s word as I received my rebates and a much lower bill with great service because of his expertise and professionalism. Great store, great selection, and great service. Go by and see for yourself!

Disappointing, irritating, lack of customer service and a manager that refuses to take care of the customer. I switched over 7 lines from Sprint to Verizon, purchased five apple I phone 4’s, one I phone 4s, and a blackberry. I Spent almost $ 1,000 on phones alone and signed up for a plan that will cost me $ 6,000 a year just for wireless service. I ended up needing to change the blackberry with another I phone after only a couple hours, I did not even take the phone out of the box, but the manager Mr. Clauzell said he would not wave the $ 35 restocking fee to change the phones!!! I am still shocked after spending soooo much money and calling the 800 number to complain, they told me the manager has the power to release it they do not. I returned the phone, paid the $ 35 and will never spend a single penny at this store ever again due to MR. CLAUZELL’s lack of service. I went to Sams Club near Memorial city mall and purchased another line and another phone with no problem ANDTHEYHAVETHESAMEPHONESBUTLESSEXPENSIVETHENTHEVERIZONSTORE… PLEASE Listen to this WARNINGDONOTSPENDYOURMONEYHEREGOTOSAM’S CLUBTHEYDOTHESAMEBUTLESSSTRESSANDLESSMONEY!!! Quick painless and good service. It’s not really that hard to sell a phone in my opinion. we already knew we wanted a newer phone, it was easy for us. We came, we saw, we bought, we left! I do miss the free snacks they occasionally had out before you walked out the door. Oh well, next 2 years we’ll be back!
