THIS IS THE ACTUAL VZ store! Don’t be fooled by another location in the area that claims it is. Thanks to great signage, I was able to see where this place was located before I passed it up! It is located in a small shopping center with a Chinese buffet place and a couple of other businesses. Plenty of parking with a security cop in view soon as you enter the store. The electronic computer sign in screen was not popping up, but a salesperson came from behind the counter to greet and assist me during my visit. He was very friendly and did not seem bothered by all my questions. In and out in less than 10 minutes which included a quick sales pitch on buying an accessory. Not too pushy, he’s got to do his job, but informative while still leaving the door open for a future sale. THANK YOU! Now that I know where the real location is, I will be sure to go here if I have future problems with my service and or phone.
