U.S. Security Gate

From the initial quote, my experience with US Security Gate was positive. Henry, Maureen, and the remaining contractors are polite, professional, and courteous. The end result is a beautiful gate that is admired by all. I appreciated the open feedback and suggestions from Henry when providing the quote which his competitors did not do effectively. I absolutely appreciate the quality and security of the gate.

Can you do ZERO stars??? Why not? Unformtunatley my HOA ctracted with this company again and AGAIN, its quite possibly the worst service in the business. Goes to show you the validity of the BBB

DO NOT do business with this company! The 3 other posts are absolutely correct; this company has zero accountability and even worse customer service. They installed a great gate but when warranty issues came up they blamed the reason of the malfunction on «a tree limb falling on it» so that they could charge us for the repair. There aren’t even any trees near the gate with limbs that can do any damage! Spoke to the repair guy and he said the gate wasn’t installed properly because the «tail section wasn’t long enough». We brought this up to Henry’s attention and he said (quote)…“quit complaining so much”. To this day Henry refuses to warranty his work.
Also, good luck on ever reaching someone at the listed phone number. They will pick up ½ of the time and if you are new business they will be great until you hand over that check. If you are a customer that is calling about warranty issues, be prepared to call a dozen times and wait months before action is taken. Bottom line, Henry runs a company that caters to new business and shits on you after you have paid your money. Don’t get duped like I did or the other three people on here, go with any other company other than U.S. Security Gate!

We had a great experience with U.S. Gate. We had 3 other bids and this one came in with the larger posts, buried deeper, a better motor and a MagLock all at a better price. I read the reviews here before I called them, but then I looked at the BBB and found no reason not to give them a shot. WOW… it is the most beautiful gate on the street with a great warranty. Several neighbors commented that it made our house look nicer, but we got it for the security. Don’t let a couple of comments make this decision for you… call them, make the decision yourself. I would post a picture of the gate if I could… the lights on the posts are so beautiful and it really helps with security and aesthetics.

Zero customer service. We called got a quote and discussed what we wanted we paid a 50% deposit. Were told someone would come out and measure up and we would have our gate before Christmas. Didn’t hear anything from them for about 4 weeks and then the week after Christmas someone came by (while we were not home) and installed a gate (not what we ordered) and then they charged my credit card the full amount without ever speaking to us.
Really unprofessional, don’t waist your time/​money.
