Well what can I say this company believes in placing clients first. They have housekeeping day and night Monday thru Friday. Their office is spacious. There is security on duty constantly. The building is attached to a 7 floor garage. Management will direct any issues you may have in a properly matter Monday thru Friday 9 – 5. To find their office look for the fountain its sitting right across it but next to the security desk

My last review was not specific and there is something I need to say about Tryar. The last review I gave them 5 stars because at the time they were great but some things have changed and I need to drop two stars. They need to be at one or two stars but the maintenance department is what saves this company. The maintenance team is amazing, when we report any little thing they come up immediately and fix the issue, and the best thing is when they fix the issue they come back to make sure if everything is working out well. They truly care about all the tenant needs in this building and the other two buildings that they are in charge of which are right next to each other. They always say hi and ask how you are doing and even come visit in the suite to make sure everything is going well. They really go out of their way to get the job done. For example, the other day we were having an issue with the A/C not blowing air in the conference room. When there is a meeting in there, there are usually about 8 men in there and it gets hot after a while so we need it to be extra cold so they won’t feel uncomfortable. Anyway when we reported it the maintenance came up and found out that after looking to see if there was a thermostat that controls that room that there is jot vent or any thermostat that is connected to that room. So four hours before the meeting they made a vent and opened up the other vents that are part of the A/C unit in our suite and made it possible to have air blow in the conference room. They saved the day and we all appreciated it. Now as far as the management goes down stairs in the main office they are horrible. Whenever we report an issue usually the majority of the time they are mean and they always mention to charge us of any change made to the suite. For example in two instances, the first one was that our sink was leaking and when the maintenance guy came he said that management said if it is an issue with the plumbing that they will not cover the issue and that we will have to call a plumber and we have to take care of it. But it clearly states in the contract that any maintenance that needs to be done is the responsibility of Tryar not the tenant. And the other incident was that in our suite we have a big fish tank and every month the fish company comes by to clean the tank. Every time they come they use the bathroom to drain the tank. Well I guess one of the managers was walking through the building and noticed the guys using their hose to drain the tank. The bathroom was right across the hall and they didn’t like that too much so the next day they called to say that the fish people can no longer use the bathroom and for them to use the janitorial closet. Well guess what there is no janitorial closet on our floor so what do the fish people have to do to drain the tank carry the few hundred pound fish tank downstairs just to drain every single time they come? Come on now! Like I said there is always an issue. If it wasn’t for the maintenance team Tryar would be in trouble and I can see many tenants leaving.
