Trudy’s Hallmark Shop

So this is the second completely inaccurate reference on Unilocal.As I stand in front of a Trudy’s Hallmark location that appears to either is not even close to being completed or is in the process of being gutted! Thanks again Unilocal!You rock!

I came here to buy a get well card for my grandmother who is in the hospital in sugar land… The store is clean and neat, full of merchandise and cards to purchase for any occasion. I would have gave a better rating, however, the lady at the register [Marsha] was extremely disrespectful. As I patiently waited in the check out line, I witnessed her interact with everyone before and after me completely different. Marsha never greeted me, nor did she even try to engage in any conversation with me. When I walked up to the counter, she stated «and do you have a hallmark card?»
I did not get a hello, how are you? Did you find what you were looking for? She did not even wish me a good day, after I thanked her for the service of purchase. I will most likely never return to this location.

They don’t have a huge selection but the they have limited space to work with. They have a lot of merchandise (cards, collectables, etc.) pushed into a small area. So far I have been able to find a card that I need when I go and everyone that works there is pleasant and helpful.

I stopped in to buy some cards today. The lady’s working the counter were super sweet and very helpful. This is your traditional Hallmark store that has cards, gifts, and a few local influenced gifts. It is in a nice convenient shopping center. It seems fairly new and is clean. My mom is a huge collector of Hallmark ornaments, and I picked up a few that were on sale for her, they usually are not 75% this soon after Christmas (January 2^nd). Definitely will return.

Selection is limited… I was looking for some Peanuts merchandise but they did not have much. Store is difficult to walk around since there are many things on the floor… There are better Hallmark stores in Houston.
