The Granite Yard

5 stars for the installation, 3 stars for the office staff. They had very reasonable prices and everything seemed to be going smoothly initially until the planned day of the installation. We initially didn’t get a call, then when we called about an hour after they told us we’d hear from them, we were told they would try to get in touch with the guy to whom we initially talked. When that apparently failed to get in touch with him, they didn’t call us back to let us know, instead, we had to call back a few more times to finally get it figured out that they would come the next day. So the day was basically wasted sitting around for a call that was never going to come if we hadn’t been proactive. When they did finally get out the next day, the installers were very professional and did a superb job. They were able to match up the seams nicely and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. So, while everything worked out and I’m happy with the end result, the issues with the office make this company worthy of 4 stars.
