Terrible customer service. They did not respond to our phone calls or emails. Seems like they could care less about residents living in the properties they manage. They also don’t seem to be very invested in the success of their properties as happy residents usually equal full apartments.

Horrible company with a history of shady activity. Check the companies page on the Better Business Bureau website and see the F rating they earned, then check out reviews of the properties like Towne Plaza apartment on Unilocal and read the horror story of that place. It’s awful!
After leaving a negative Unilocal review, they had the nerve to have their PR person contact me and waste my time. He then tried to shrug me off on someone else. Lame.
Anyway, to put a label on it, Finger Companies are bullies and slum lords with no conscience.
