I was looking forward to using this company after reading the reviews. I recieved a 15 minute call ahead and had my children situated accordingly based on that. An hour later someone finally pulls up in my drive way and proceeds to talk on the phone for 15 minutes then comes to the door. Glen introduced himself and I told him he was over an hour late and that I had called several times but he never answered his call waiting. He told me he had been talking on the phone and had no idea he had been talking for an hour. I told him based on the lack of professionalism so far that I would not feel comfortable using his company. He apologized then returned to his car and proceeded to talk on the phone again for 15+ more minutes. Also, what legit bonded tree service company shows up in a compact Honda?

After getting no response from another highly rated tree removal company after online and telephone requests — I submitted online to Texas Tree Team Monday evening this week. They called me Tuesday morning and I requested that it be done by this weekend as we have an «event» at our home on Saturday — at first they couldn’t guarantee but after I sent a pic and explained the event needs they got back to me with a quote — and said it would be done between 2 and 4 pm Wednesday (the very next day). Fantastic — the job was completed professionally by 2.45pm. I will certainly use the team for any future jobs. Highly recommended!

I wish we could give these guys a more complete review, but unfortunately we never got the chance to give them our business due to their unresponsiveness.
Someone did come out to our house and take a look at our pecan trees, and my husband felt they gave thorough and professional advice. We asked for a formal cost estimate for trimming work, but the email never came. We sent a reminder email requesting an estimate again, but still have not heard back (more than a month after the initial visit).
Customers should not have to beg businesses for their services– we will be forced to look elsewhere.

Texas Tree Team lived up to my expectations for professional arborists. After getting several bids, my husband and I chose Texas Tree Team not because it was the cheapest (it wasn’t) but because we trusted they would carefully handle a live oak and post oak that had been a bit neglected by the previous owner of our home. We found Glen knowlegable and friendly, and his bid, which was professional and specific, came in very quickly. The team arrived as scheduled, did the work exactly as specified, and left the worksite clean. If I just had dead trees to remove, I might use a less expensive business, but for trees I want to keep, I would use Glen and his crew again in the future.

We worked with Texas Tree Team twice: once on an emergency basis to remove a huge, fallen branch from our house, and again to remove the remainder of the tree. Glen Ginzel and his team are top-​notch. They showed up on short notice for the emergency job, and they showed up right on time for the tree removal. We obtained three bids for the tree removal, and Texas Tree Team was by far the lowest. Glen included a copy of the company’s liability insurance info with his bid, which impressed us. The work was performed professionally and without any problems. We would not hesitate to use Texas Tree Team again.

Great experience with this company, would recommend to friends and use again in the future. We wanted to use a certified arborist and had several bids. For the estimate and work performed, Glen and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and left area very clean. I also appreciated the very professional and itemized estimate I received via e-​mail prior to work being performed. Follow-​up was excellent too.

After several bids to remove a fairly large oak tree. These guys by far were the cheapest. I had to wait a week for them to get to it, but it was worth it. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommended.

I had some pruning done on a 20 foot tall palm tree on my patio. Glen was friendly when he came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions and clearly advised me on what needed to be done. The guys came out a few days later to do the pruning job. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well.
The other thing I was impressed with is that I asked Glen some unrelated questions about pruning crêpe myrtle trees while he was there to estimate the palm tree job. I felt that his responses were very honest, knowledgeable and centered around the health and aesthetic value of the trees with no effort to try to inflate my scope of work and the bill. I appreciate the honesty.

We meet with Glen Glinzel, a certified arborist, to describe what work we wanted done. We had gotten several bids before, none of which were done by an arborist and all of which quoted more expensive prices. In any case, Glen promptly gave us a bid which was very reasonable given the extent of the job. Scheduling was prompt and the work crew did an excellent job and clean-​up everything. I had a very bad experience the last time I used another well-​known company — butchered my multitrunk wax lugustrums. I will be using Texas Tree Team from now on.
