I have never received so many compliments on my glasses as I have from my last pair that I bought from Texas State Optical West Oaks. From the moment I walked in the office into the office, I felt welcomed. The exam was through and the doctor addressed all my concerns. The optician I worked with to pick out my glasses helped me out to find a shape that would look great on my face shape. I was surprised when I received a call 2 days earlier then expected that my glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up they fit great and my vision is great with them.
Next time I need an exam and glasses, I will be back!

Poor customer service.
Not honest about when glasses will arrive.
Since buying them they broke 6 months after. They claimed they were defective. Here we are again not even a year later and 1 week before Thanksgiving and the exact same separation in the metal.
Will never return to this location ever. These glasses cost me $ 700.00 and its been the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The thought of dealing with them again made me have to post this. Hope no one else ever has to deal with this kind of operation.
Note: I gave them every opportunity to earn my business.
This was the last straw.
