Very friendly and patient, even after test driving same vehicle on more than one occasion, not pushy, very courteous and kind. Delivered on what was promised down to the last detail. Very thorough, took the time to explain, followed up and called back as promised. Best experience overall in buying a car in a long time. Highly recommend.
