Best community I have ever lived at. Have already recommended this one to a lot of my friends. Staff is really helpful and easy to talk to.

I’ve been here for over a year now and I love how friendly the community is here. It feels secluded from Westheimer which I love and has amazing trees surrounding the entire property. The cares team and staff are so friendly as well! It definitely feels like home. I definitely recommend Terra. The only downside is the parking if you get home late in the evening.

I love living here. The staff is excellent, friendly, informative and accommodating. Maintenance is on point and the grounds are beautiful. The Cares team keeps us social and fed while entertaining ideas and requests. I highly recommend visiting our community and becoming a resident.

great office staff, great maintenance staff, the grounds are always clean. Everyone is very accommodating and polite. I feel very safe living here. the CARES events are awesome. I know many of my neighbors here which is a great feeling to have in an apartment complex.

This has been a great place to live. The grounds are kept up and are beautiful. The 200 year old tree really is stunning. Work orders are done sufficiently and quick. The price is a little high for what you get. But I guess that is just the area.

Just Ok since I lived here since 06/01/2014, have to said the Effect of Soundproof was not very well so you can always heard compressors, people playing music almost every night.

I’m upgrading my review for Terra at Piney Point because since the change of management in October 2013, they’ve turned around their customer service. Not sure if they had a hand in getting my incredibly annoying and non-compliant neighbor upstairs from me to move out, but I was happy when she did. I recently relocated to San Diego and received the balance of my deposit back in about a week. From what I could tell, they didn’t unnecessarily deduct anything from my deposit for stupid stuff, and I really appreciate that.

Do not move here, it’s awful! The grounds look nice and the apartments are decent but the management is terrible! 1. Maintenance does not respond to calls till weeks after requests are submitted. We were having problems with our heating/cooling system and submitted multiple requests. It ended up resolving on its own, but we didn’t hear back from them for almost 4 weeks when they left a random voicemail asking if we still needed help. 2. They try to nickel and dime their residents. To submit a payment on their portal, there’s a 33.00 charge to make a credit card payment. So we decided that we would drop off checks from now on, but our amount due is never updated correctly(it varies month to month due to utilities) and so we need to call each month and they have to figure it up which is always a process because their records aren’t updated correctly. Also, they have valet trash, but they charge for ridiculous things like not having the bags tied correctly or having too much trash(50.00 charge!!). And we can’t take our own trash out because they lock the dumpster. So if we have more than one bag we have to keep it in our apartment till the next day they come(not everyday) which is disgusting. 3. They say the limit the number of residents to an apartment, but there’s multiple cases of several families sharing one apartment and they get very loud with 5 children and several adults in each dwelling. 4. Gates are always broken or open, and they don’t keep anyone out who comes in behind you 5. They don’t give you notice for mandatory inspections. About a month ago, they left a note that a mandatory inspection was taking place the next day and. animals need to be caged or boarded. We don’t have room for cages in these apartments, so boarding is necessary for us. Of course we didn’t get it till 630 after work that evening after our dog daycare was closed so we didn’t have any options. When I called down to see what we could do they were very nasty and just said it was mandatory and for us to figure it out. 6. The staff has a very high turnover, many have attitudes if the residents take issue with something and are very incompetent.
