Myself, my mother and 76 year old grandmother visited your store. When we were ready to checkout we selected a seemingly friendly cashier. I noticed she had a Starbucks drink at her station. Located where bags are picked up by customers once the cashier fills and pulls them from a rack. First off, I didn’t know that cashiers could casually sip coffee drinks while checking out customers but that’s an entirely different point. While the cashier was checking my items my 76 year old grandmother, who has advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s, took a drink of this employees’ beverage. She immediately notified me. I apologized and my mother tossed the drink in the trash and offered to buy her another. She declined. This should be the end of this incident but I wouldn’t be writing if it was. This employee proceeds to get the attention of the cashiers at the station in front and behind her. She talks very loudly and informs both of them what happened and apparently it was hilarious to them. They went on and on amongst themselves like we were not even there. Not once addressing me or my mother but saying things like«why would she think it was her drink» to themselves. Moreover, they were so loud that other customers could clearly hear what they were saying and in that moment we felt like every customer was looking at us. As, we left the store we heard the employee at the snack bar inquire about what they were laughing at. Of course, the employee was eager to divulge. We left that store feeling relegated and humiliated. There was no reason for her to bring the entire front end in on what had just occurred. Let alone, make my severely demented grandmother the focal point of their laughter. It was a slap in the face and blatant disregard. I wish I could say that I will never shop at another Target again but that’s unrealistic. However, I can tell you I will exhaust every resource before spending money there in the future. In this day and age I no longer expect stellar customer service but at a minimum I do expect employees that are sensitive and aware.

This location is a sad excuse for a Target store. It does not fulfill the philosophy or values of the Target corporation.(Yes I shop at Target THAT much to know the company’s values and mission) Inventory never available. Cashiers are rude and have poor poor hygiene. «Customer service» representatives do not care about customer services– they roll their eyes and will talk about their customers right in front of them! Dirty floors, carts, and restrooms. Don’t bother with this Target location.

Good supply. I found what I needed, but 3 lanes open and all with at least 5 people… unsatisfactory. I worked at target years ago and this would never happen unless it was right before closing. It’s 8pm…

Workers were so helpful. They had a phone like gadget that searched exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Best shopping trip ever.

This is a warning to anyone making a big purchase at target. CHECKYOURPRODUCTBEFORETAKINGITHOME. Even if you see that it’s «protected» by the safety encasing. Me and my sister bought a $ 165 J. Henckels knife set for my mom the night before Mother’s Day complete excited about the fact that this is something she’s been needing and wanting for a very long time. Note that the box containing the knife set had those protective wire casings with the theft proof sensor on it, wrapped in a way that made it pretty much impossible to open the cardboard box contains the product without ripping it apart. So come Mother’s Day, she opens it. The first thing that sets us off is that there are some knifes in the box that were Kitchen Aid brand. The second thing that was wrong was that some of the knives were missing!(16pc set, only 12pc in box). To top off this embarrassing nightmare, the knifes that were there were USED. They were rusty and also showed signs of extensive use ! I am SO enraged by the lack of respect this target has displayed for their customers and their products. I don’t care how this happened because there is no excuse. The bottom line is that Target was negligent in their quality assurance. We are going to return the product TODAY and hopefully the quality of their customer service differs from that of their products.

Below average Target location. The Starbucks told the extremely disappointed teenage girl behind me that they were out of the new Caramel Flan drink. They also put the wrong milk in my drink, but I had a flight to catch at Hobby and did not have the patience to wait for them to put it together again. The store was laid out okay, and things were pretty neat and unlike some locations, most everything seemed to be actually in-stock. At the register, I asked the cashier to price-match Amazon on a DVD that they had for $ 3 cheaper. He sent me over to customer service to do that where they did it in just a couple minutes. I highly recommend this to save a few bucks, not to mention also using their new Cartwheel app, mobile coupons, coupons, plus generic manufacturer coupons. Target is a BEACON for savings these days. Take advantage.

Good convenience to this store even if you can’t find it at the Dollar Store. It is a little bit pricey, but when you need something they have it. They especially have very cute children clothing, very cute baby doll shoes for adults, and a lot of cute home goods.

I love target! This location isn’t any different. It’s usually clean and so are the restrooms. The shoe section is usually a mess and seems like shoes are scarce at times, but other than that I have no complaints.

Location is located in a up and coming neighbor. Small but great store. Friendly staff. Has a Starbucks located inside of course.

This a newly constructed Target store, sort of like the old Targets before«supermarkets» knocked them out. Upon entering the store you’ll find a fair selection of clothing upfront. Keep right and pass stationary, cosmetics, and fashion accessories to get towards the grocery aisles. I was impressed to find small amounts of fresh staples(apples, bananas) as well as fridged and some frozen goods. Other departments were ample with selection, but not as much as you’ll find in a SuperTarget. Checkout lines were only max of 10 – 15 registers and probably only a few opened during downtimes. The carts were also a newer/sleeker design. I like this Target — it won’t cover all my groceries, but it was nice to shop in a smaller(less distractive) environment.
