I just went here with my family for the first time. This is a typical hole in the wall, «mom and pop» authentic Mexican restaurant. The ambiance in my opinion is not pleasant ATALL, but the food makes up for it. We all tried the barbacoa de Borrego, which is basically lamb cooked through vapor alongside a consome, which is a very delicious broth. They then bring freshly chopped cilantro and onion to add to your consome, along with lemon and various chile sauces. The reason I’d give this restaurant a 4 start and not a 5 is because 1) the ambiance was not very cozy and 2) they had our meals priced at $ 19 per order on the menu, but when the waitress brought the receipt, it noted $ 22 per plate. When we asked her about the error, she stated she forgot to mention to us that the owner recently bumped the prices up. Overall, I would visit again but only because it’s something I would definitely crave again.

Waitress had an attitude as if she forced to work there against her will. Food looked and tasted as if it was sitting there for days, but they took so long to serve you would think they went to kill the animal and surve it fresh, but sadly there was nothing fresh about they’re food I had four tacos fajitas, pastor, barbacora, and chicharonres I should’ve just went to a taco truck would’ve gotten better food there
