Good decent food, at good prices. Try the breaded shrimp they’re good. One day I went for breakfast there and it sucked because they cooked my eggs on a dirty charred grill, so the eggs ended up having a taste of fajitas.

Their green enchiladas are great, but let me just say their warm salsa dip for the chips is one of the best I’ve tasted. Mexican salsas are very easy to mess up, but they have theirs on point. Mexican Shrimp Cocktail has more than enough shrimp in it, totally worth it. Mexican Spicy Shrimp Soup is great for a massive CRUDA!(Hangover) Small Taquitos Plate, you can mix and match the type of meats. Try more than one.

This place doesn’t get five stars only because they don’t have caldo de pollo and the parking lot is messed up. Drive slow or scratch your bumper! The drive thru is surprisingly fast and the super burrito is my favorite!

Authenticity, good service, and fair prices. Everything a good Mexican restaurant needs.

No. No. No!!! This word is what describes this place. Let just say it’s infested with roaches. The one time we went to grab lunch, we sat next to this wall that had a crack and as I turned my head to that wall(which is located in the middle of the restaurant) I saw this roach looking straight at me! Gross!!! So we flagged the waitress and when we informed her that there was a roach, she gave us this dirty look. Really?!! This place is beyond gross. Don’t be fooled by the decent reviews. Let me just say STAYAWAY!!!

I discovered this place when I first moved to Houston 2.5 year ago. I fell in love! The waitress didn’t really speak English and there were may Hispanics eating there, which is always a good sign. The food, AMAZING! My favorite part is that the beans do not taste like canned beans, they taste like homemade cooked beans! My favorite dish is the Enchiladas de Mole. It is so hard to deviate. The drinks(non-alcholic) are huge, and the prices are fantastic. I moved here from San Diego, this place tastes more authentic than any of the places I went to there, even though it was literally at the border. Go here! Plus, I greatly enjoy their cactus and horchata. :)

This place is a small rundown dirty hole in the wall right next to the airport. Some may think that this is a bad thing but in my opinion the best places to eat in Mexico are everything that i just mentioned but maybe without the airport! Im adventurous and don’t mind any challenges of not knowing what most of the stuff is on the menu, poor décor and fixtures or language barriers(which is also everything this place has to offer) if you can get past those simple things then this place is pretty cool and authentic. Nothing on draft but they have a pretty decent size cooler with plenty of bottled beers(I posted a picture for reference) Corona, Modelo, Bud and the basics.
