My monthly pay with T Mobile for a single device was around $ 58.67 and my wife‘s little higher. I wanted to add my wife to my plan to be able to save some money so went this location. The rep. recommended — Family Plan — which is unlimited talk & text &6GB data ON each device for $ 100 total. We took the bate and signed for it. The date was 11/28/2015 which was 2 days before the end of my old monthly cycle. When my new bill arrived after a week later, it had some adjustments on my previous bill. T Mobile were asking me to pay $ 41.33 that were missing on my previous bill. Since it was automatically paid through my bank account that should not have happened. After some look up I found out that T Mobile was charging me in full for the 2 days usage of family plan on November. “Clever“ guys. I called customer service and told them I want this fixed all they did to give me $ 10 credit just to make me happy. I do not recommend them, both this location — since Rep. could have warned us — and T Mobile in general.

Tmobile ads are very misleading. I signed up using Jump On Demand. Surrendered an iphone6+ and iphone5s, both 64gb, worth $ 720 according to Gazelle. With this promo, I signed up for two iPhone6s for $ 5/mo and $ 12 mo, respectfully. The network sucks. Zero bars in Rice Village. Constantly falling back to Edge(2g). Slow data speeds during peak times; 1.8mbs or less downlink. Upon exercising the Coverage Guarantee, where they unlock the phones to let you go to another carrier, you LOSE the above mentioned pricing. Now I’m stuck paying Tmobile $ 32.99 per each phone until the end of the lease. This is in the extremely fine print of the multi page lease agreement. CROOKED! So Tmobile pockets the $ 720 for phone trade in; and I’m out. Sound very carrier of them, eh? I’m leaving Tmobile after three months of poor data, crappy service, and condescending customer service. Att and Verizon have the coverage. Tmobile does not and can not compare.

I was at my wits end with T-Mobile, but the representatives here, mainly Farzad and his coworker, are making me seriously consider ending my contract. They were the first representatives that not only listened and helped me solve my problem, but they also initiated advice, which improved my T-mobile and phone experience. Thanks
