The workers here are constantly changing, and the workers don’t know what they’re doing. They aren’t thorough, and they aren’t helpful(which is also true of T-Mobile’s online customer service). We had an issue with a leasing plan. The first time the first rep set up the phone that was supposed to be leased for $ 15/month per promotion. We had to open a new line and make a separate $ 80 purchase, so they recommended a lifeproof case. Went back a second time because we were unsatisfied with the case they chose for us. Rep #2 said the new total had to still add up to $ 80 in order to keep the lease promotion, so we got an extra screen protector. Later found out we were being charged $ 27 instead of $ 15/month, so we went back to the store to find out that rep #1 neglected to mention we had to trade in a phone to get the promotion. Rep #3 told us we could bring the phone back in a week since we would be on vacation. Fast forward to today, we came back for the 4th time to straighten this all out(the phone and online customer service told us they could not help us). So first rep #4 tells us she can’t return the phone even though it was their mistake to begin with. She was unwilling to help even after we explained that rep #3 and her superior both agreed we could come back and take care of it. She(the associate manager) kept insisting that the system would not let her do it. So why did the previous manager say it would work? Finally, she«found a way» after an hour. So we try to back up the phone, but the WiFi is shit and wouldn’t complete. She tried to transfer contacts to another SIM with their machine, which didn’t work either. I had to use my hotspot and waste data for this. They also refused to give us a new screen protector. We had to plead for it even though we paid for it, and this was all a result of their mistake. So we got a new number and paid the extra $ 80 for nothing. We now have to trade in a phone to get the same exact phone as the original one, and we have to go to another store to get it because they’re out of stock here. What a waste of time. Ended up spending 4 hours getting this solved. We lost our entire Sunday and have to set up the new phone and wait for the SIM activation. Now Costco is closed, and I can’t do my grocery shopping for the week.

Depending on the day and time you come in, this is one of the better T-Mobile stores to go in. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. I’ve only come in once and have gotten a complete jerk, but that was awhile ago.

Worst Tmobile store(or maybe even cellular store) ever. Dont waste your time here. You won’t be attended to.(you may be asked to stand in the payments line, just so you can ask a question).
