My group had a great time with Matt from surfSUP Texas. We booked the tour since it was the first time for everyone in my group. Most of us were running late and didn’t get to Clear Lake Park until 30 mins after the tour’s scheduled time. Matt patiently waited for us.
My 3.5yo son loved it. He sat on my board and sang «Row, Row Your Boat» as soon as we were in the lake. Again, my group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Two were hesitant at the beginning but they did it and enjoyed it. Definitely would book with surfSUP again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE surfsup! I paddled with them on Clear Lake right at Clear Lake park. It’s a much nicer spot to get in the water than the other paddle board rentals I’ve tried. (most of the others you are paddling through a marina) This area is wide open and much better in my option.
They have a mobile service so you can find them at different watering holes around Houston too.
Reasonably priced AND it is a GREAT workout.
They also offer tours if you’re a newby and not quite ready to go alone.
