Awful. I received the worst haircut ever. Some young girl cut my hair. Big mistake. I told her just a trim. What does she do, she hacks it up. Hair all crooked. She cut the back way too short after I told her repeatedly not to. I almost want to believe she did it on purpose. How can you suck that bad at giving someone a hair cut? I went home and had to buzz all my hair off. Ridiculous bullshit. Thanks a lot idiot. I’m through with supercuts. They’ll hire any bum off the street who has no clue what they are doing.

Worst Supercuts ever! They’re normally bad at scheduling, but today’s experience was the worst. I walked in with two customers waiting ahead of me and put my name down for a haircut. Neither stylist working at the time bothered to tell me there were 5 more people who had already put their names down for a haircut(how? they normally don’t take phone reservations). 90 minutes later I walked out without waiting for a haircut. Terrible service!

I have been here twice and had two bad experiences. The first time was a snotty stylist who treated me as if I was interrupting her day and the second time the same woman skipped my name when it was my turn. I got there at 9:20 am with only one stylist and one lady waiting. Two more stylists came in at ten and I still didn’t leave till 11 am. What a waste of time. There has to be better places than this.

I was in dire need of a haircut, so I came here as a walk in. The store opened at 11AM and I came at around 11:15AM. There was only one employee in the whole store present who was cutting someone’s hair already. She told me that another stylist would be coming in any minute. She didn’t come until 11:40AM. The stylist didn’t introduce herself or make small chit chat. Usually I don’t really like overly chatty stylist, but both the stylists at this location basically didn’t talk at all. I told my stylist I want 2 – 3 inches cut off and she said okay and that was the end of our conversation. And then again when I said I wanted bangs we had another 20 second exchange. Both stylists were very meticulous though. My stylist made sure the length she was cutting was to my liking. But she didn’t give much input except that since my hair is curly it’ll be shorter, but she wasn’t giving input it was just a fact she was alerting me to. She was VERY rough with my hair though. My hair knots easily so she just kept tugging and tugging and didn’t even apologize or try to be more gentle like other stylists do. Also when she put a clip in my hair it had another hair of a different color in it. I mean I know these clips are used on everyone as are all their tools, but can you at least make me feel better by not using the one with a huge white hair just hanging around. However she basically cut my hair as I asked her to and it only costs $ 13 for a haircut here as opposed to like $ 25-$ 30 somewhere else. I tried signing up for supercuts email list because they’re supposed to send you a $ 2 off coupon when you sign up, but I guess it’s not immediate or something cause I didn’t get it. I’ll probably be back again but mostly because of cost and outcome than anything else.
