Zero stars. Horrible. Find a different dentist! It’s old, you sit in the lobby waiting forever, and they don’t tell you the entire treatment plan and add on more work you need done once you get in. So frustrating. Don’t bring your kids, don’t come yourself. Just stay away. I recently saw some horrible reviews online about them overcharging so now I need to go back and check if they were charging my insurance and me; I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.
Update: I found a new dentist and requested my X-​rays from Sun Dental. After several phone calls, they said they sent them. I had not received them. They wouldn’t tell me where they emailed them (either to someone else or they lied about sending them at all). They said I will have them in my inbox before my appointment with the new dentist tomorrow morning. I will believe it when I see it. Otherwise I will be heading to their office to wait in person. They seem incapable of doing things considerately or responsibly.
