I attempted to stay at this hotel due to its convenience to the airport. It was really bad. They turn the air conditioning off so it just smells moldy when you walk in. There were leaves in the floor along with some dried mud. It clearly hadn’t been mopped in a while. I decided to just wear my shoes and suck it up. That was until I turned down the bed sheets and there were two bugs on my pillow and at LEAST50 hairs in my bed. It’s was like a man shaved his face over the fitted sheet. I gave this place one star because the night manage was very accommodating and after I showed him pictures of my room he immediately refunded me(also, zero stars isn’t an option)

Due to an internal computer glitch(Studio 6 computers) my account was debited this afternoon for 3 weeks instead of 1. I(as instructed) called Wells Fargo to see if indeed the payment had processed, or didn’t go through. Wells Fargo told me that not only one payment had went through, but that 3 payments had processed at the exact same time. I went back to the front desk to see what could be done, but was told that Studio 6 Corporate instructed The Front Desk Clerk that I was to call my bank. I asked for the clerk to call the manager of the facility, and for her(Operations Manager) call me at my number. She called and instructed me to call corporate… I asked her one simple question. How am I going to be compensated? Her response? She hung up on me! Plain and simple, Chaney(Operations Manager) has no business being in management of even a sewage disposal business! Pathetic excuse for leadership! BTW, I called the Studio 6 Customer Service number, and indeed they will refund my money, and have compensated me for their mistake. TAKESOMENOTESCHANEY!!!
