Terrible customer service. Will not return phone calls when promised but continue to send letters requesting compliance. I am being harassed by a compliance in the Regulation and Policies that does not exist. They claim my tenants van with vinyl lettering is considered a commercial truck and not allowed to park in the driveway. Nowhere in the Regulations and Policies states that. I have observed over 20 vans and pickups parked in driveways in this neighborhood.

Absolutely the worse customer services I’ve ever experienced in my life! They never answer the phone and they never return phone calls. When I complained to the receptionist she replied, «Im not them maam, I can’t make them answer their phone!» and then she hung up on me.
