My firsttime in what they called a hole in the wall and I really enjoyed myself. The bartenders are a hoot, the food is off the chain and so is the music. I felt secure inside and out, the other patrons are nice too. I will be back!

As often as I come here, I can’t rate this place any less than five stars. This is one of the most live and unpretentious places in the Tre. It kind of reminds me of the card parties that my aunt used to host in her basement(and honestly, with the white couches and dark lighting, it could really pass for it). In true neighborHOOD fashion, it’s a cigar lounge that only allows smoking on its patio. Perfect for a smoke-free patron like me, but I know some regulars find that irritating. Dah, well! You’ll live. Where else can you get two Hennessy and cokes and a cigar for $ 20?! Don’t come hungry because there’s no kitchen, and if you see an adult on a bicycle outside after 6 p.m. selling food, don’t buy it. I’ve seen everything from tamales to frozen meat for sale. The drinks are poured strong, so you might be tempted, but don’t do it. Whether it’s a DJ or live music feature, the music is always on point, and a well-blended mix of old-school soul and funk with new-school ratchetness.(I’m always amazed that there are women my mother’s age who know about Bobby Schmurda up in here). Age range… what age range? I’ve seen everyone from TSU undergrads all the way up to granddaddies frequent this place in the name of a good time. The vibe is mature and drama-free. I often bring clients of all races and ages here, too, and they tell me that they enjoy the ‘local flavor.’ They’ve recently added comedy shows into the mix on Sunday nights, so each visit always has something different. Restrooms are clean and well-attended. I really haven’t had a bad experience yet…

I like to stop here and relax after work to avoid the traffic. The crowd is mature and slightly older but they normally play the kind of music that I like. I saw them setting up for which seemed to be live performance but I didn’t stick around long enough. The drinks are always on point and reasonable. Ain’t nobody measuring what they pour so no complaints from me. I see they upraged and threw in some couches and added furniture on the patio to expand the seating area. Random: More appropriately, the name of this place should called

This little spot has been a number of things over the last decade. I recall when my grandmother used to run these streets and party all night. t I believe this is the first time I’ve even ventured into this building and all I can say is that it is relatively small. I’m not a lounge/bar hopper, so when I think of a lounge my thoughts go to the Belvedere-ish type of places. Nothing against this establishment, at all. I believe it serves its purpose and it’s surroundings quite well, seeing as though there was a good little crowd inside and out(on the small patio). I was here to watch an old friend perform with his band and I was there less than an hour. I didn’t venture much farther than the area by the door, so I can’t give a hearty review. I’ll be back if my pal becomes a regular performer there and I’ll add more meat to this review.

Chill spot. went on friday around 5pm for happy hour. Drink prices are great, paid $ 40 for about 8 Hennessey drinks half of them were doubles. crowd was older, 40 and up, but as the night progressed the dj came in and the younger crowd. They also had a live band that played good music. Cigar area in the front and they offer food, good place to get the weekend started, check it out.

Had a blast hanging out here last night! The drinks were perfect and the DJ played an awesome mix of the 90s and 2000s R&B/hip hop. Although this place is located in the hood, it is very clean(especially the ladies restroom) and has a mature laid back crowd. Will be returning soon!

This is an excellent place to visit after work. Relax with a nice cigar or drink. Kim the bartender makes one helluva Mojito and on Fridays some damn good Fried Chicken. The owners are very nice and responsible. Tuesdays and Friday there is a live band.
