It’s said they open 5:00 Am. It’s 5:07 and they are ignoring me at the door. Door still locked it’s 5:10.

I’m not sure why this location has such bad reviews with an overall rating of less than 2. For three years, this was my go to Starbucks since it was close to my job. The staff are friendly and once you become a regular, remember your drink and start making it before you even order! I’ve had a problem only once when I got their artisan breakfast sandwich and had food poisoning from it.

Been to this Starbucks a few times. The location is convenient from my house. Can’t say I’m always satisfied with my drink but that varies from Sbux to Sbux. Love that kolache factories next door. All in all it’s a great place to pick up a cup of coffee and relax.

Service-wise one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited, but I went back the second day and it was a little better. They were out of all of the regular breakfast sandwiches and only had the new ones, which are damn near 500 calories each. Being hungry and needing to get to work, I ended up getting the new ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich only to find it wasn’t cooked all the way and the egg was still cold. Quite disappointing.

This was my worse experience at Starbucks. It was on a Saturday. I used an empty bag to redeem for a cup of coffee. There were only 1 cashier and 1 barista. But, the cashier was not trained on this promotion. So, it took him and the barista almost 10 minutes to ring it up. By the time he started to pour my cup, they ran out of coffee. Obviously, they only made one container, not 2. The cashier was polite and asked if I didn’t mind waiting. Then, I sat down tried to use Wi-Fi to read some news on Yahoo, but it was slower than dial up. I looked around; there was no reason to be that slow, unless everyone was watching Olympics live. I started to get antsy. The coffee was still dripping and the line started to queue up. I noticed people were leaving from the line. Another 10 minute passed; there were no signs of improvement. I was at the boiling point and I left.

Okay they recently earned another star from me. Past two months I’ve been coming here daily and my barista and the drinks have been consistent. Tends to get busy in the morning and that slows down the crew dramatically it’s not as bad as the one down westheimer by the h.e.b on kirkwood.

Really poor service… average coffee, bad seating, dirty, and grumpy(2) workers… yes, only two.

This is my least favorite Starbucks. The drinks are ok but the place looks like its run by people who just don’t care.

Literally a Starbucks on every corner. This one is less than a half mile from where I live. I wish it was a drive through but so far, have never had any trouble finding parking. I can see this being my go-to place after my Sunday morning walk :-)

I’ve been to this location several times. Takeout only. Service is efficient and friendly. Drinks are prepared correctly. Entering and parking can get dicey.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. If I could, I’d give it ZERO stars. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we noticed the seating space was miniscule, and only one or two outlets. No greeting upon entering, either. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that notices, but sometimes, when you order at the register with someone, someone ELSE behind them will overhear and make the drink while you’re paying for it. That’s a great idea, because the guest gets their drink fast and during rush our it keeps the line moving quickly. The only downfall is there is a chance that the person making the drink will hear you wrong. Which is exactly what happened. I ordered an Awake Tea Latte, with soymilk and five pumps of classic. The guy behind the girl actually taking my order says to me ‘With soymilk and five pumps of classic?’ with a face like ‘Wtf, seriously?’. I just replied ‘Yes, please.’ When I got to the counter to get my drink he hands the drink to me and says ‘Green Tea Latte’, and I politely tell him that I ordered an Awake Tea Latte. He heaves a huge sigh, gets an attitude and says ‘An Awake Tea Latte? That’s why I had asked you earlier if you wanted the soymilk and classic, so the order would be right, because Green Tea Latte’s don’t normally have that.’ So now it’s MYFAULT that YOU got MY order wrong? I don’t think so, honey. I kept my cool and just apologized(even though it wasn’t my fault). He remade my CORRECT drink(which tasted really bad) and my boyfriend and I settled for a seat. Soon after, I see the same angry man go outside. Five minutes later, we decided to leave. When we were walking to the car, we hear loud harsh voices, like an argument. So, following the nosey instinct we humans have, we look around, and we see a car on the other side of the parking lot with the passenger side door open, and a man in the driver’s seat and a woman in the passenger seat. Not even two seconds later the car starts rocking and the shouts get louder, like it had turned into a physical confrontation. So my boyfriend and I go inside and tell the girl that took my order that there were people outside fighting and they should call the cops or something. She replies with a ‘Oh. I think my manager’s outside.’ Really? Come on. That implies two things 1) She was too scared to go outside BECAUSE it was her manager or 2) Since her manager was outside, he’d take care of the fight. Neither of which are really acceptable, but hey, whatever. When we get back outside, we saw the woman rush to her car and peel out of the lot. By this time we’re already in our car about to leave, when I see the man(guess who? Yeah, the manager) run to a police officer(who just happened by chance to be coming into the Starbucks), and he says something and points at the woman’s car waiting at the light(this Starbucks is on the corner of Fondren and Westheimer so the left turn lane is clearly visible from the front door). The cop rushed to his car and gets behind the woman’s car and turns his sirens on. What a sad way to end my visit to this Starbucks. I wanted to say something. to intervene, but who am I to get in the way? It’s not my business. I hope that manager’s been fired.

I frequent this coffee shop and enjoy the general atmosphere. I recommend the Ice coffees & the white chocolate mocha drink they are my favorites.
