The staff here tends to be nice enough, buts it’s rare I pull into this drive-through and don’t regret it. Always. So. Slow. It’s probably because they have to make frappaccinos all day every day. I am impatiently waiting for more coffee options on the east side of town. I’m typing this as I sit in the drive-through. I wonder how much time I’ve spent here waiting… too much. The answer is too much.

Been to this location twice for a decaf americano with an extra shot and both times it was terrible. First time I asked to remake and it was just as bad. Not sure what the deal is. Other locations make it just fine.

Went in for the new favor frappi. Believe it or not, they were out. Any new favor drinks were out. Smh. It was like 3pm on a Saturday. If it was about closing time, I may let it slide. But come on, on a Saturday afternoon??? Oh man. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, I wouldn’t bother visiting them again.

I havent been to this particular Starbucks in a while but they’re pretty cool. I only hate that this trip they did not fix my honey latte correctly and I had to go in and get a completely different drink for fear that it will be made wrong again. I am glad that they did not gripe about it they just made me a white chocolate mocha instead and it was very good I enjoyed it and went on my way so but that they get 4 stars instead of 5. But go check them out it’s a really nice location. «Yelp 100 Challenge»

Always slow in the drive thru window. Over 10 min wait most times. Often mess up order. This time was my last time going to this location. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever!

Just had the worst experience here! After being told that THREE of my drink choices were unavailable, I was treated very rudely after I declined an alternative suggested by one of the baristas. I will NEVER come to this location again.

Ordered a latte and some jabroni picked up my drink instead of his, so the staff had to remake my drink. The latte Lord behind the counter kindly made me a size larger to make up for the wait. So guess what gulfgate Starbucks, you get 5 stars. Good stuff.

Don’t go if you are in a rush or want the right drink. I love Starbucks, buy not a fan of this location. On three different occasions and at a different times of the day and they still can’t get the order correctly. I ask for no whip and I get whip, and I get another person’s drink because they don’t label it. Retraining needed for staff, not up to what you expect from a Starbucks. Only gets 2 stars because I like the coffee.

Need to step it up on the line inside. Goes way too slow. I walked in after seeing the long drive thru and feel it took longer going in. It’s like this every time I have to come this way. Need to remind the baristas that people have to get to work and sometimes don’t feel like talking. need our coffee first.

Echoing all the other recent reviews, the drive thru lane was extremely slow. They also messed up a relatively easy order by adding whipped cream even though we asked for no cream and had even repeated that request since the cashier seemed confused. The frappucino tasted dilute as well. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks.

Quite possible the slowest Starbucks in the world. Carlos(manager? Behind the counter) needs to muzzle it and put more effort into customer service and get people through the line. Such a shame as this is the only Starbucks in the neighborhood.

Whether it’s Drive Thru, walk in, online order you’re always going to have a bad time at this location. Rush hour or not, this location never seems to get it right. I’ve had to state my simple drink(I’ve seen complicated orders go wrong) multiple times in an orderly manner so they can understand what I want. Even after receiving my order and stating if its the correct one I always get the wrong drink. Example, today, I ordered 2 Venti«Café Mochas», and of course they never understood what I mean. As I’m pointing out the menu, instead I just got Venti Hot Chocolate. Or sometimes I just take the drink as is because waiting for them to remake it takes them 20 minutes. All in all, very poor trained employees. Only a few are nice and always get my drink right. But its the closest Starbucks near school and home so I have no choice.

Worst drive thru experience of my life. 45 minutes. Ridiculous. I would have left but once you are in the drive thru you can’t get out unless you jump the curb and go through the bushes. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a rush because I would have been so late to wherever I was going to. I would never come to this Starbucks again. No thanks!!!

Need my pumpkin loaf fix if you a pumpkin fan you gotta try them and of course vanilla bean latte tried the blueberry oatmeal and sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich in the a.m. everything was good oatmeal came with fresh blueberries and not that dried up stuff you normally get. drive thru moved fast cashier was friendly never had any problems with this location. Decided to go inside got me some Starbucks Coffee to make at home and cups the plastic one you save each time you bring it in. I need to save a lil bit it all adds up if you buy half the menu j.k. but my receipt seems like i did. Now with my Starbucks cups i will fix my own coffee write my own name and yell it out incorrectly lol

Drive thru takes forever, but inside is worse. It’s obvious drive thru customers take priority, but that’s not saying much. Three people in front of me this morning and it still took 25 minutes. And they got my name wrong — which is always frustrating. Keep in mind I come here maybe once a month or two. But it never fails — always service at a snails pace.

I could only wonder why it took them almost 30 minutes to get through 6 cars is beyond me. Maybe they had a violent Scrabble game going on inside the shop? Could they have been defending this Starbucks location from aliens? I guess we’ll never know. They messed up my drink: Black tea lemonade but corrected it which took them even longer. Not feeling this location at all. They need to get trained/retrained and trained after that. Something just didn’t add up and judging from peering inside, they weren’t all that busy in there either.
