I stopped here to get my usual morning coffee. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato. Something I’ve ordered many times before. As I put my coffee cup to my lips, I anticipated that glorious first sip. As I allowed it to pour into my mouth… I realized I was drinking 90% milk. Da fuq?!

At the very least, I’d expect to receive friendly customer service at a Starbucks. The staff on a Sunday were not friendly. The bathrooms were filthy. Sore there is one reason I go to a chain… Because I’m expecting a consistent product. Unfortunately this Starbucks did not hold up their end of the bargain. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

Come here all the time and service is always pretty great. Well today it was even better! Jaime was running drive through window and his customer service was amazing! Very friendly, smiles and cheer. Definitely a great employee! Thank you Jaime!

Slow as hell and they frequently make mistakes with orders. The run-down: — «Normal» temperature drinks here are WAY too hot. — It is next to impossible to hear the employees on their drive-thru speaker(and they have done nothing to try to fix this since they opened this location). — It is physically painful to watch the baristas make drinks… They have NO sense of urgency and often make 1 drink at a time. Even if they have a line of drink orders that all require skim milk, they steam each serving separately, one by one, right after one another. — Employees often come across as completely dazed and confused. — They always seem to mess up even the simplest of drink and food orders. — When business is slow, they grind to a screeching halt. If there is 1 car in the drive-thru, prepare to sit waiting for your order for quite some time. — One PRO — As out of it as they seem, at least they’re usually friendly. I frequent this location only because of its proximity to my house and because it is convenient when I’m dropping by Home Depot. I go even knowing that they are slow. But today, I left the drive-thru line after ordering because I was waiting for 10 minutes, we didn’t move, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I need to just avoid this location and start going to the new one south of I-10. Hopefully they’re somewhat better than these clowns.

The man wearing glasses who works the cash register is so nice. He made our cross country trip just a little better with his great attitude. Nice to see such great customer service Starbucks offers across the board.

Stopped by on a Friday morning, busy as expected. Staff was courteous and had extra hands on deck to take orders when the line became long. The drinks we ordered came out quick and correct. The Starbucks on Memorial Dr and Asbury could take a hint from this place. Just a tip: Logistically speaking, the parking lot on weekday mornings is crazy busy, and the folks getting to the drive-thru line can be very aggressive. Someone gave me a huge bumper scuff in the parking lot even though I parked two rows away and walked into the store.

Friendly staff, I received two good morning greetings. All the condiments were stocked, coffee was hot and served quick! Would stop here when passing thru again! It was slow on a Sunday morning so I don’t know their performance when busy but my experience reminded me of how Starbucks was ten years ago, great job!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon was very happy to see the line for the drive thru only had a few cars. They checked on food availability while I was ordering at the intercom to make sure they had what I wanted. Then we waited forever because the car currently at the window(three cars ahead of us) was(I assume) arguing about her receipt because she kept waving it out the window. She argued with the guy at the window for a while, then a lady came to the window to talk to her. I don’t blame Starbucks, because whatever this lady’s problem was I can’t imagine it was something they did, but probably her not understanding her receipt or something… but when we did make it to the window no one apologized for the wait/hold up…

This place has a serious gnat infestation problem. Makes me wonder where the not-so-little guys are breeding and why it is not being addressed.

No drip coffee prepared. Dried half and half on he lid of the containers. Pretty gross and underprepared. Guy gave me a free cup for next time, and I certainly hope it’s better.

If you think the drive-thru is always faster, you are most likely wrong about this location. The line at the drive-thru is almost always lined up all the way around the building, and it’s not a quick line to get through. In my experience, it doesn’t really matter what time of day it is. As a previous reviewer commented, there isn’t a lot of parking in the area, so if you do decide to forgo the long drive-thru line, you might have difficulty finding a spot. When it comes to actually preparing the drinks and getting orders correct, I’ve never had any issues. This is one of the closest locations to my house, and because it’s so insanely busy all the time I really believe they need another Starbucks in the area… but I don’t ever think you can have too many Starbucks’!

Worst Starbucks ever! Used the drive through during a trip from San Antonio to New Orleans. The location is hard to find. But that was the least of my concerns. When going through the drive through, I never heard the worker through the loudspeaker. Strange I think. So I just drive to the window where I find out that they forgot to turn it on to take my order. No problem. I just order and pay at the window and they tell me to drive to a sign and wait and they’ll bring me my order. Took them about 15 minutes! I had to go in to get it myself. Strange as it wasn’t that busy. The strawberries and cream shake was horrible! Tasted like water with no taste of strawberries or cream at all! Just all ice. Waste of money. The pasty I ordered was heated for some reason(it shouldn’t have been). They don’t have their act together at this Starbucks.

I am, like no other person, a Starbucks junkie myself. It’s good coffee, plain and simple. Also, it’s a plus when their pastries are pretty good too. Service, however, can really change that. I arrive right around 3:20PM, and that is the least busy time in my opinion. So, I don’t expect to have to wait terribly long for my food and drink, especially when it is just a tall house coffee! Unfortunately, I waited a little too long, and to top it off, they got my coffee wrong. How easy is a coffee with cream and sugar? I don’t know whether the guy was experienced or not; but, if you are managing the drive-through, you have to know what you’re doing. Parking is always tough in this area. I don’t think the design of the parking lot was built well, nor was it appropriate for such a heavy traffic area both because of all of the shops there, it being right off of a major freeway.

Love you guys — really do but over 15 minutes stuck in drive thru line — can’t decide to change my mind unless I drive through the bushes — and still no drink! Wow! Not exaggerating on time. Finished a call at 10 am as I was pulling into the line and I am still sitting here at 10:19!

Alright Starbucks, kind of a hard location to get to. They take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and EVER. No exaggeration here. Really. The line is quick, but the actual making of drinks is slower than molasses.

I had a very positive experience using the drive through here from the time I placed my order to the time it was handed to me was less than 5 minutes. When placing your order at the drive through you need to speak up the noise of the traffic on the highway is very loud this was at 6:30AM on a week day. The staff working the drive through was extremely friendly and my order was accurate thats about as much as I can expect so they get 5 stars easily.

You guys know the drill about any Starbucks but this location is particularly small. If you plan to study or meet someone and need a table, good luck! Come early or come late. A positive is that they have a drive-thru!

As a Starbucks junky, I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks through out the years. This is absolutely one of the slowest starbucks around. The drive through is guaranteed to mess up your order, as well as take three times longer than if you were to go inside. When going inside, the staff is very friendly, but slow. It feels like the each staff member is in training and doesn’t have a clue of what’s going on! There aren’t many tables to sit and work at, and the outside patio is right on the highway and very noisy. The coffee and drinks are fabulous! But just know you’ll have to wait for them. Not the Starbucks to go to if you’re in a hurry!
