Now that the school year has started, the service is inconsistent. I have had about 8 since school started and only about two were decent. I wish there was another option!

The coffee is rarely made right. For some reason I don’t get energized from drinking the coffee from here. Is it possible they just add a minimal amount of caffeine?
The staff has always been very sweet to me. I’m there nearly every day and they usually already know my order. The only problem is the coffee itself.

Service is slow and the employees don’t seem all that happy. If you have morning classes, be prepared to stand in a long line that stretches down the hallway. The lines don’t bother me, but I stopped visiting this location due to a little incident. I was waiting for my order to be called out, but little did I know that they forgot to write it down. Ok, just a little mistake. The line was starting to get short so I got back in it because I didn’t want to cut in front of anyone. When I got to the cashier to explain what had happened, she gave me a glare and yelled at me, asking why didn’t I let them know sooner. Wow! In the end, they gave me the wrong order (on purpose?) which tasted very watered down and not up to standard. Use caution and don’t unwillingly upset anyone, or you will regret it.

They kind of always look like they hate their jobs, but when you actually bother to strike a conversation with them, they’re super nice. A few of them are in school as well, so everyone needs a little slack.

Everyone is literally always in a grumpy mood everyday. They need to find a new job if they’re going to be rude for no reason. I love Starbucks but just because of the workers, I stopped going there in between classes.
