These guys are great !!! I bought 4 phones over one week’s time. Switched all my phones from Verizon. And then changing from iPhone to Samsung I’ve gone back multiple times for tips. Thanks Juan & team. rg

Not terrible service, but definitely the worst customer service I’ve received at any Sprint location. I decided to check this location out since it’s only a couple miles from my house, and it is very convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you really need help with your device. I was having some issues with my iPhone and was trying to transfer all of my data via iCloud, but for whatever reason Apple wasn’t on my side that day. The employees were all too busy joking around with each other and blastic music for a few minutes before they offered assistance, and even once someone ewas helping me they were being pretty obnoxious. 2 of the employees didn’t know how to help me — Keep in mind this was a really basic issue, I just wanted to make sure I was doing it properly and had to be somewhere that night and didn’t have time to mess with my phone. I then asked a simple question and was wondering if I could re-do the transfer of information, and they told me «no» and that my text messages wouldn’t transfer, which I knew was false because I’ve transfered information between iPhones numerous times. So, they didn’t know what they were talking about and didn’t really do much to figure the answer out either. I then wanted to purchase a screen protector and asked if they were able to apply it for me. One employee told me that she wasn’t good at it, so they asked someone else who said she only knows how to apply glass. You think they would know how to apply any of them since they work at the Spring Store/Radioshack. When I went to the counter to purchase the screen protector, the employee told me that he couldn’t ring me up since he worked at RadioShack and I bought the protector from Sprint. I didn’t buy the protector from Spring, I was purchasing it from RadioShack which was specifically told to me when I asked if they carried any. So, I had to tell him that I in fact was buying a product from his own store, convince him of it, and then make him realize that he could actually ring me up. I’d go to a different Spring store for sure next time. This place is kind of a joke and more annoying than helpful.
