Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would’ve given it five stars… But their machines to take payments hasn’t been working for the past few weeks. So I gave them a four. Other than that no complaints whatsoever!

I have pretty passionate feelings for this Sprint store. Last week I found myself in a pretty terrible situation. The Mega Bus I was taking from Austin to Houston had left me at the Shell station without any of my luggage, purse, basically everything. All I had was a dead phone, and a number for the Mega Bus dispatch. This Sprint store was the only thing that restored my faith in humanity. Everyone was very understanding and willing to help. To be honest, being that I’m from the north, I was a little shocked how nice they were. By the end of the experience I had seen them help multiple clients with phone changes, activations, difficult insurance companies, and all with a smile on their faces. They really were trying to help everyone out, and I deeply appreciated it. Thank you all for the great experience! I hope your team meeting that night went well ;)

This is a rather long overdue review for a Sprint Store located off of I-10 in Hedwig Village. Rather than speak in general of the store, I wish to bring attention to one individual which provided exceptional customer service to what may be considered a «very novice» individual(me) in mobile phone capabilities and features. With much patience and an understanding, Lead Retail Consultant, Haythem Talib, graciously answered all my rhetorical questions as well as offered specific recommendations that were most beneficial to me both monetarily and in the maximization of my cellular service. Haythem’s service reassured me as to why I am still with Sprint after so many years.

I happened upon this location by accident actually, I had left two previous stores very disgusted. Parking is a bit of a problem during peak hours due to the store being on the end of a business park. However, once you are inside it is easy to overlook the parking issues. (Not their fault really). The store was well laid out and the staff was very personable. (Genuinely so.) I let the representative know of my issues with the other two locations and asked her if she could be so kind as to help me resolve my issue. She was fantastic, even though she was not able to resolve the technical issues, she spent nearly 4 hours attempting to get my device working properly,(even though I purchased it at a Best Buy store) The manager was great too, even though they were not making any money on my issue, he would follow up frequently to see how things were going, never once indicating that I was wasting my time, or theirs. He even sent me a text message after I had left the store to see if there was anything else they could do for me. I left feeling really positive about the whole experience, that I went back the next day and canceled my daughters T-Mobile account and added her to my Sprint account. Excellent customer service is all I can say. I have been back several times since, the service is consistently good. I Have a store across the street from my neighborhood, yet I will drive the extra 15.4 miles to go here instead.
