Much better service at this location jennifer is very good at her job smiley making her customers feel welcome at the drive thru this location is worth a visit if you’re craving a sonic blast or something from Sonic

Poor excuse to be unsanitary is he was short handed, does not excuse dirty place. If u cant run a location because your short handed means the food being served is just as dirty.

This place is the absolute worst. I’ve been here 3 times, diregarding the poor reviews because of the short distance from my house. All three times they managed to mess up my order. It’s usually the drink or the condiments on your burger, little things that irritate me because it shows how little they care. I went to the McDonalds nearby to get a new drink. The person at the drive-​thru also dropped my change. Sure it was only a dollar, but she could at least apologize. Now I’m without a dollar nor an apology. Also, please learn the names of your own menu. Only thing you guys got right was the tots, but who can mess that up?

Seems like they have undergone new management and hired new employees! This sonic is definitely doing better than it was 6 months ago. The service is average but they seem to be picking back up.

First of all, whenever I go there in the evening their ice cream machine is always «broken», they have refused to take an order bc their credit machine is down, I got a burger that was so burnt it was maybe half the size of the bun, and sometimes when you go to ten drive through they completely ignore you.
Most recently though, I ordered a cherry limeade in the drive through (they actually took my order). After I gave the cashier my money, I see her proceed to make my drink without wearing gloves or washing her hands! She squeezed the limes bare handed and dropped them in (ew). When I asked her about it, she looked at me dumbfounded, but went ahead and made a new one… on the other side of the store… so I couldn’t actually see her make it. Needless to say, I did NOT drink the cherry limeade and I have definitely learned my lesson NEVER to go back there!

Awful service! Awful food! The food was old and overcooked. The people who work there argue in spanish and have no idea they are being rude. What a dump

I love the Fritos chili pie they have
in the hot fudge sundae is awesome
and the cherry limeade is the bomb

often the service takes awhile but they have great ice cream sundaes and milk shakes.

So far so good. Service is usually pretty quick. I’ve been here a few times and no one has messed up my order, so that’s always a plus in my book.

Scene opens. Handsome may in a Ferrari with a beautiful babe next to him is cruising Wirt Road when he suddenly decides to pull in for a drink.
Cut to GQ guy with finger on the red order button.
Intercom: «Wh…buzz buzz»
GQ Guy: «I’d like a lar…»
Intercom: «What…buzz…buzz.crackle, snap, pop»
GQ Guy: «I can’t…I just want a large.»
Intercom guy: «I TOLD YOU TWICE TO WAIT!!»
GQ Guy leave smoking rubber as he drives out of the drive in.
Cut to him on the cell phone (safely not driving)
He calls the manager. (She has a hispanic accent, just in case someone from corporate wants to pat her on the back). She was very apologetic. No excusses. Said she would take care of it right away. GQ guy ups the stars to two.
