A friend brought me here and I felt that the place was dingy and not kept up well. I hated my pedicure. The girl that did my pedi was told I was diabetic, but she was so rough on my feet that she caused them to bleed twice. Not good at all! It was painful. Not to mention the polish started peeling in a few days. I will be going back to Polished Nails(formerly Bambi Nails) in the future. Very nice salon.

I came in for a very quick manicure and pedicure for an evening event I had to attend to. they had 45 minutes, the cleansing and taking off to previous service that was done to my nails and my feet took 35 minute. it look like the person who welcomed me did not communicate to the nail artist that I was in a hurry. That’s understandable. what threw me off was that the owner told me that I should have came here earlier and to come back to complete the service. it is the owners condescending comments although I have been customer of this salon for a year illustrate that they are getting too comfortable and doesn’t appreciate her customers especially because I am Asian. Her treatment for a non-asian customers has always been professional I will not be coming back here

Clean. I like that they use s liner in each chair. Mary did my pedicure and was great. Detailed and had a great energy. Another younger girl did my fill. It was meh. The polish color is great but a little thicker than I prefer. She knocked me a few times during the process and did no massage what so ever. I don’t like to ask for things that should be standard. Unless it’s water, I will ask for water

My friend recommended this place to which so I was gonna try it to get my nails done for a wedding I was in. I was on a tight schedule and got there 2 minutes before they open which it says 9:30 am unfortunately it was still closed at 9:45 so I had to leave and go elsewhere

My hubby and I went here this past Friday. This place really rocks. They were very gentle, efficient. There were plenty of ‘booths’ everything was up to ‘par’ and what I loved most is that they use plastic liners in their tubs. All too often some places do not use santitary measures like this, and then someone might find them selves with somebody else ‘toe-mangled-flu’! Yikes! So five stars for us. We will be returning.

This is my 3rd time at Soft Touch. I’m a perfectionist, especially when it comes to my nails. The first time I got shellac done, it lasted for almost a month before it started to peel near the cuticles. Out of all the salons I’ve been to, I really like this one the most. People complain that they don’t talk much, well I rather have someone who is focused on working my nails instead of chatting with me. Genie has always done my manicure and she gets a 5⁄5. She will talk to you and carry a decent conversation. The prices at this place is very affordable. The only reason they get a 4⁄5 is because this time when I went, my French tip pedicure wasn’t what I was expecting. I wanted the edges to be straight, but they were more round. I’ll be returning for my manicure for Genie, but I’m not sure about my pedicure.

A friend brought me here last year for a mani/pedi. I was so happy with it. Everyone was friendly, they took their time and did great work, and the prices were more than reasonable. $ 10 basic mani, $ 12 basic pedi. The services were fantastic for the prices. But, as time has passed, the service has declined. They are very busy, which is fine. Good for them. Every time I return, something else is sub-par. The most recent being that my friend and I went for mani/pedis again last weekend. The pedicure would have been great if we hadn’t paid extra for the lavender pedis. I experienced nothing special. However, considering that I wear heels to work, my feet, toes, and polish, still look good. As for the manicure, the girl rushed through it. It has been a week and my hands look horrible. I don’t mind if the polish chips. I am not exactly gentle with my hands. I fully intended on repainting my nails. But, my fingers and cuticles look horrible! They look like I haven’t had a manicure in months! The cuticles are jagged and look overgrown in places. I am afraid I won’t be returning.

I am very impressed with Soft Touch Nails. The ambience is relaxing and luxurious. They offer plush massage chairs and wrap the foot basin with plastic covers to ensure sanitation and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and professional. I received full attention from the nail technician. I was offered refreshments which included wine, soda and water. For the price, service and the pampering atmosphere, Soft Touch Nails has definitely won me over and I will definitely be going back!

Genie did my nails, she’s very good. Very friendly, took her time, did exactly what I asked for, gentle. Clean salon. Good prices, was $ 35 for full set with two gel colors. I’ll be going back.

Will not return here. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they have good prices. I uses to go the Soft Touch on Grand Parkway and was ALWAYS pleased with the service. Definitely not the case at this location. I left very dissatisfied and had to go somewhere else to fix what they had done. I only came to this location because it was closer to my friends house. My technician was in such a hurry that she didn’t listen to a word a said and only did half the job on my refill. My pedicure was average. There are too many other nail places in Katy for anyone to have to settle for mediocre work and rude attitudes.
