I’ve come to them for a slew of things: watch battery replacement, ring resizing, stone replacement on a ring; and I am completely satisfied with their work! They are quite affordable (as much as a jewelry repair can be), and very pleasant to talk.
Just a small warning: I found they’re sometimes a little late in opening time, maybe 30 – 45 minutes

I’m picky where I take my jewelry. I needed to get my wife’s engagement ring fix. Took it here based on the reviews of other. I did have to ring the door bell, which just showed the guy is cautions. The ower was friendly and seemed to know what he was taking about. He made feel at ease leaving my ring there. When I picked it up he had done a real good job fixing the prongs and even took the extra time to clean it real good. He gave me a resobable price and even gave me a nice deal on a pair of earings.

So one of the hardest thing to look for nowadays is a good jeweler.
Now, I am huge stickler with my jeweler because: (1) I have an allergy to impure metals, (2) I need someone to change my battery to my watches, (3) I do not want to pay too much for any of my jewelery needs.
So this place is a mom and pop joint. You have to ring a door bell you have to ring and the owner has to buzz you in. I guess this makes up for the fact that they can’t hire a security guard.
The owner is nice and when ever I need my battery changed he is super quick and punctual.
Whenever I need good quality timeless jewelry and not the Claire’s or Express kind and I don’t want to pay the Tiffany’s price, I go here. I have gotten necklaces and earrings here. They are great and I have had no issues with him. I told him about my allergies and he knows what metals work with me.
I never had problems with him before and I have been going with him for a while.

My wife was having trouble with her wedding ring. So we decided to take what we had, gold and diamonds and redo the setting. I took a picture to Ryan of what we wanted and he was able to come up with a setting that was perfect. He was fair on the price and worked with me. We used the same primary diamond and the ring came out looking much better than when we were first married. It was amazing that the same diamond could look so different, bigger, more brilliant with just with a different setting.
I have been working with him for years now and he always come through with outstanding work. If your looking for someone that can be an artist, be fair on price and stand behind his work. This is the place.

Ryan takes great care of you. The service, the prices and the people there are the best! I’m buying all my jewelry from them from now on. He’s an expert craftsman that does his own work in house and carries some very nice products for purchase as well. He even took in a trade of an old ring to help me «buy down» the price of a ring I couldn’t afford for my fiancé! Now I have the ring of her dreams for the girl of my dreams! Thanks, Ryan!

Been going to this small shop for years for jewelry repairs and watch batteries. My husband recently bought me a ring that he ordered from here, and I couldn’t be happier with it. They were very accommodating when I needed to get it sized.
The people can be a little too chatty, but that’s probably just my opinion since I’m always in a rush. The service is reliable and they are always on time because they do everything in house. Can’t beat that.

Here’s the drill: read the sign that says «Ring bell» to get inside this joint. I get a little freaked when you have to ring a buzzer and get buzzed-​in to an establishment. Makes you wonder what kind of place am I going into and (most importantly) can I get out?
Yes, you can get out. But while you’re there, you get some helpful friendly service. Get your jewels repaired, browse the selections (which could be better but it’s not that kind of place) and expect to have your repair complete on time.
Can’t beat that.
