First of all, I think it’s interesting that the bad reviews keep disappearing from Unilocal for this business. I think it’s correlated to the fact that they advertise with Unilocal which is an awkward conflict of interests. To make a long story short, I bought the livingsocial deal similar to a lot of these other fine folks, scheduled an appointment, and everything was going fine until I mentioned the living social. The scheduling lady then got cross, but confirmed the appointment. I took a half day from work, and patiently waited, but the appointment came and passed. I called over ten times with no response. I called from a different number in case they were screening my calls, and she picked up on the second ring, and got mad when she found out who it was. She just said, «No, we’re not coming to your house. If you have a problem with that, call livingsocial for a refund» Total scam artists, these people are. I’m not sure if they ever actually do work, or if it’s just a total scheme. In a related note, livingsocial refused to give a refund for this deal because this place is still in business. For future reference, don’t buy livingsocial deals for unproven businesses, as they don’t stand behind their offerings.

Got the living socials deal after looking at their website to make sure service I wanted was included in their list. Called and was told they are not bonded for the service even though it was listed on their website. I was then asked for my zip code and phone number, and was told that someone would get back to me in 30 minutes. That was 9 days ago. I contacted living social for a refund.
