I ordered a sweet candy basket to be deliver and they put
Cheetos
Cheetos puffs
Doritos
Cookies
Hershey’s
Skittles
Reese’s and snickers.
I was expecting nothing but sweets. Not even close to the pic on the website.

Absolutely terrible service. My boyfriend tried to send flowers to the hotel I was staying at on our anniversary and he got a confirmation email that said that it was delivered to his extremely detailed instructions. I checked with the front desk and the flowers were not delivered. I got into an argument with the hotel and they looked everywhere but they could not find it. We thought it was the hotel’s fault because when my boyfriend called Sicola they insisted that the flowers were signed for at the hotel and even gave a name of the person who signed for it. That person does not exist at this hotel nor any hotel in this vicinity. We had to contact Sicola many times to get them to admit that they made a mistake and they gave so many excuses, including the driver’s personal problems that affected his delivery that day. In the end the flowers were delivered but they were not worth all the trouble they had caused. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE.

Horrible customer service. Flower arrangment was about ¹⁄₃ the size of the picture and the flowers died after 3 days. I received these for my birthday and the person that sent them was disappointed. When I called I spoke with 2 people (who also both left me on hold for several minutes) and they said there was nothing they could do. They said the flowers were guarenteed for 5 days (I called on the 4^th day) but they said I «should have called earlier». Don’t order from here!

I was almost not a fan because when you walk up to the door you have to ring the bell and wait. I get the caution of course but I did have to ring it twice. It goes to show that you have to have patience for all good things to happen :-). I had to find my sister some I’m sorry flowers from her boyfriend who obviously was in trouble. He gave me $ 40 and I walked in expecting to pay a delivery fee and on the hunt for something that said I’m sorry but I don’t want to spend to much. After looking at the already made arrangements that cost more than $ 40 the woman up front whose name I never got helped me arrange for some purple roses (my sister’s favorite color) and small white flowers. It was a good experience and the lady was very very helpful. I took some pictures which I’ll upload later. I did spend a little more than what I walked in with but I’ll bill my sisters boyfriend lol.
