I visit this location every Friday morning to pick up donuts and kolaches for the office. The staff is consistently rude and impatient. This morning, 7⁄31 I asked for a dozen mixed donuts. They normally let you choose your donuts, but not today. The grumpy women «helping» me picked them and tossed the box on the counter. I paid and she didn’t even thank me. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This was my second time visiting this location. It was convenient for us to stop and pick up some kolaches as it was on the way to our pick up location.
Nothing really special about this place and I rarely go inside if I do go to a Shipley’s. We were served quickly an efficiently by our server and we were in and out before you know it. It seems that their products are fresh when I was served.
I would definitely use them again if I am ever in this area.

I love this Shipley Donuts, and the staff is awesome! I’ve been bringing my kids here for a few years now, and the staff remembers them, and remembers what kind of donuts they like. A few times they had even set aside the last cinnamon sugar cake donut for the baby, probably not even knowing if we would be in that day.

I’ve been several times mostly early morning for coffee. I’ve always found the staff friendly and they’ve always seem delightful and provided great service. The coffee isn’t bad it always gets me to the next Starbucks :-)
It’s located in a run down strip mall next to I-​10 easy access and the neighbor seems fine.

I love Shipley’s, but this location has the wrong staff. How can they consistently mistake a sausage and cheese kolache for a ham and cheese everytime. And they have the nerve to have a sneaky little coffee cup next to the register that they wrote tips on. I got a tip instead of asking for cash tips for getting my order wrong everytime. Put a suggestion box so we the people can give you pointers on how to get our orders right.
