Service King Collision Repair of Willowbrook

This place is a JOKE!!! I had my car repaired here while they were Sterling. A year later my headlight rim was torn so I called a guy named Jeff and he assured me as long as I had the paper work I could get my light fixed free of charge. I went up to the store gave my paperwork to Jeff and he said he would talk to his manager and get back with me. After not hearing back for a week I called back up to the store and was told Jeff no longer worked there and that someone would get back to me. After 2 weeks of getting the run around I go back up to the shop to talk to the manager Marcus (REAL PRICK) he didn’t even have the common courtesy to come talk to me face to face but instead talked through his receptionist Martina from outside! After almost a month later I STILL have not heard anything back from these people regarding my case. Do not waste your time or money on this joke of a place with these idiots! THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE THIS ONE STAR!!!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A LIAR AND THIEF.
Brought my car by for body work and paint on August 14 2014, i was told it would be 5 to 6 weeks. I paid upfront for the repairs ($ 7200+) and paid for the rental car out of my own pocket. Needless to say my car was not finished on time and I was fed bullshit excuses from the GM. I was told that my rental would be paid for by service king from the date of ⁹⁄₂₀ to ¹⁰⁄₇. Car still wasn’t done properly and i had to take it to another service king in Tomball.
Just found out 2 days ago that the chicken shit GM forced an illegal charge on my account and now I am taking legal action against this dumbass GM.
THE FM 1960 LOCATION IS A BUNCH OF LYING ASSHOLES.
