I’m very picky about who does my hair and after years I finally gave someone a try. My stylist is Misty Folahan and she does an amazing job every time and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair even though I have to drive a long way to get here, the salon is kept neat and has several stylists here, it’s a laid knack atmosphere the only flaw is that if you have an appointment expect to be here longer than usual and expect for a delayed start time. There hasn’t been a time where I got in the chair on time or got in it early I usually get in an hour late at the minimum.

I had an install done paid $ 250.The next week my entire edges all around came completely undone, along with the bang part came undone. I contacted Joe and sent pics of my week old sewin coming undone. He agreed to fix the next day. I went to salon and his colleges called and text and he said he was on his way. After a 2 hour wait. I called and text and his colleges again talked to his roommate and still no Joe. I expressed the urgency of this being fixed due to I had sudden death and a funeral to attend and this had to be fixed before I leave. After sitting and waiting with no response after waiting approximately 4 hours. I left without my hair being fixed. I would. never recommend anyone to ever have to experience something like this at this cost. This was very unprofessional and distasteful not to as much as respond to a clients text or even try to fix what he messed up. I would not think my sewin would come completely undone after one week. That was my first and last time ever going to receive services from Jocasso DA stylist. I have still yet to receive anything but a bad sewin. I was always. told you get what you pay for but I found that to be untrue because that was not worth the $ 250…Lesson Learned

This salon is under new ownership. It has been remodeled & the owner is extremely friendly & professional. It is very clean & well kept. There is a barber shop on the right, attached to suites in the middle, then an open salon on the left. You are greeted when you enter & someone is always willing to help you.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love my hair! I get compliments all the time. My hair stylist Prinshell Williams has done an amazing job on my strand by strand extensions and my hi-​lites.

I have found a 5 star stylist In Prinshell Williams. I received one of her flyers for hair services for $ 25 and decided to try her out. Yes I got a protein treatment, shampoo and style and trim for just $ 25! I was very pleased with her professionalism and with her service. I LOVED how soft and manageable my hair was. I’m definitely going to a returning client. LT

Im whippin my hair back and forth because of Prinshell’s excellent precision and patience to style natural hair! Received her flyer from a natural hair show; checked out her website and reviews as well as the convenience to book appointments online and figured it was worth a try. Had to send her a message since online appointment book was not working, but to my surprise, Prinshell contacted me right away (during the holidays) and I was able to book my appointment the same day.
The location of the salon is great (right off westpark toll) and the establishment is well maintained with wide open space with an inviting feel once you enter in. However, Im more accustomed to privacy when I get my hair done, so Prinshell’s location is perfect since she has an actual room with her own bowl and dryers. Plus, Prinshell is not only professional, but friendly as well. She can hold a conversation and still straighten your hair silky smooth without burning your ear! In fact, my visit with Prinshell was the first time I wasnt burned while straightening my hair! She doesnt mind answering questions on maintaining your hair either, which I need tremendously as I venture into wearing my hair nature. Myisha «Mo» Brown is an excellent natural stylist and can press some hair like no other. The other stylist seem to have a consistent customer base, so that means they must know what they doing lol.
