That was the text message I received when the Valentines flowers were delivered. I called early in the morning when they first opened and the flowers were delivered approximately 3 hours later. The customer service was great, the design was great, the delivery was awesome. I ordered Lilys instead of rose and as I said the quote was «stunning». When she brought them home, I was surprised how large the bouquet was.

They have moved to 5805 Chimney Rock. Disregard the one star rating, I have not used them yet, just disappointed that I followed the direction through rough traffic only to find that they moved.

I ordered through Sarah’s Florist, yet somehow the flowers came through «Flowers by Nino»?? Ordered a dozen pink roses for my mother as a happy surprise as she has been going through a tough time. She wasn’t home when they attempted to deliver and left her a voicemail that was rude, snarky, and disrespectful. The flowers were a surprise and she didn’t know they were coming (I was informed anytime after 1pm so wasn’t going to tell her to stay home ALL day!) Instead of being welcomed home to a beautiful bouquet, she received a rude voicemail asking «WHY SHE WASN’T HOME. YOU NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!“She felt sad and guilty, the exact opposite of why I sent her flowers in the first place.
On top of that, the roses were whispy and not what I would have expected considering the reviews of Sarah’s Florist. Even without this, the customer service my mother received was more than disappointing.
Won’t be ordering again.

SUMMARY: Sarah’s Florist recently did the flowers for my wedding ceremony. Overall, everything was stunning, and almost everything was exactly what I had asked for and/​or pictured. However, I gave four instead of five stars because the most expensive arrangements, the altar arrangements, while beautiful, did not match what Sarah and I had discussed when planning the floral arrangements.
THE AMAZING: I went with Sarah’s Florist for two main reasons: (1) When I met with Sarah to get a quote, she really «got» my vision and was extremely affirming and professional. She asked for lots of details, like information for the venue space and pictures of my dress and bridesmaid dresses so that she could match the style of the wedding. (2) I also got a quote from a second florist, and Sarah’s Florist matched the going rates.
All the bouquets were lovely — the bridesmaid bouquets were my favorite, and I couldn’t stop commenting how great each of them came out after they arrived. Each of the four was a different type of flower and color to match the different color of each bridesmaid dress. The bouquet meant to match the coral bridesmaid dress was more purple than coral, but all the arrangements looked so fantastic, it didn’t matter. My bouquet (and the complimentary «toss» bouquet) and the pew decorations looked almost exactly like the pictures I had given Sarah and were also beautiful.
THE NOT-​SO-​GOOD: My only disappointment was the altar arrangements, which were by far the most expensive arrangements. I had asked for them to be white with muted colors to match my bouquet, but the two altar arrangements were brightly colored without any white flowers at all. Had the flowers incorporated all the colors and flowers of the bridesmaids bouquets, it would have tied everything together quite nicely and I wouldn’t have minded.

Jump to almost two years later and Dad is turning 89. I called a couple of days before and requested a Bird of Paradise arrangement. I’d sent some years ago and my Dad said they were the most beautiful flowers he’d ever seen; so exotic. (Of course, I didn’t mention that they are growing in the neighbor’s front yards here in California.)
Sarah’s florist delivered a stunning arrangement that made my Dad smile and be happy. That’s what it’s all about, right? She made my Dad’s 89^th birthday happy. :-)

Sarah and her staff do an amazing job delivering the best quality flowers I have ever had the pleasure of ordering. Every client or friend I have sent flowers to have commented on how fragrant and long lasting they are. Sarah also goes above and beyond most business owners in her community to give back and should be commended for it. If more people were as involved as Sarah is Houston would be an unstoppable city. Thank you Sarah, Chuck and the rest of the gang for being so great at what y’all do!

Sarah has yet to disappoint after all these years. If you want something delivered on time, looking beautiful and exactly as you ordered it, then call Sarah. I like arrangements that look natural, smell good and last and that’s what I get every time.

I stopped by Sarah’s en route to meeting my mom for Mothers Day brunch, and — I think it must have been Sarah? — was fantastic! She fixed me up with my mom’s favorite flowers, a card, and even a gift bag for my mom’s gift in about 5 min. I made it to brunch on time, and Mom was thrilled and no wiser to my procrastinating. Thanks Sarah’s flowers!!!

Sarah’s Florist has moved to 5805 Chimney Rock call 281 497 5533. We have used Sarah’s Florist for over 10 years. Her arrangements are fabulous and always delivered on time. Many people ask us if weI know a really good florist. We have always recommended Sarah’s Florist to our friends and family members and they have all been very pleased. Sarah’s arrangements are always fresh, and so beautiful! Sarah is amazing!!!

Guy’s i have been here a few times, some of them i was in trouble and needed flowers and some of my visits it was just for the hell of it, you know trying to be nice. I have been satisfied every time that i have been there. Plus they sell hand painted martini glasses and stuffed animals just in case you a really in trouble, lol. But seriously give this place a shot their flowers are always fresh and healthy looking which is a plus for your significant other.
Word of advice if you so happen to be making a order for valentine’s day make it like no sooner then a week early as they ran out fast and do not take orders when they run out.
