these people are unprofessional, unorganized and have very poor customer service! i agree with all others i only gave 1 star because its forced! i have only been with rhodes since ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₅ and i already hate them! when i call in the rep sounds like she could careless about my concerns whether im calling to make a payment or i have a concern. i was informed of how due date change policy works and i followed guidelines however, it was never documented and i am penalized for late payment due to the reps failure to document my information. i never received confirmation of the change being processed and i called, emailed and even showed up for verification and still nothing! this is ridiculous, i should not have to force you to follow up with your customer! i should not have to force you to provide customer service! i will be attempting to cancel this contract and go elsewhere where they appreciate the amount of many i am spending with their company!

Please please please don’t use Rhodes!!! This place is GARBAGE. I put 1500 down on a 2009 Chrysler and it has broken down on me TWICE. One of the times, was within a year of when I got it and it STILL didn’t get covered… When I first got the car they didn’t even service it, my air filters were discussing and I needed an oil change. I’ve had insurance on it, after I sent them a copy of my insurance they kept charging me because they claimed I «didn’t» have it after I sent it in at least every month!!! The car I have was blue booked at 3,500 and the total I paid was almost 15,000!!! Worst service ever, the people are rude, and have no sense of customer service. Please do not go here.

only give one star because you are forced to give at least one. This is a terrible auto company. I purchased a car in March of 2015, and almost didn’t at that time because the manager got rude and stern with me because I don’t have perfect credit and only had $ 750 down payment — both things I told them before I came in for my «guaranteed approval». If I had not absolutely needed a car I would have left at that point, and I certainly wish I had. The day I got the car, I immediately had electrical problems. They do «warranty» the car, but you still have to drop it off and make other arrangements while they are repairing the lemon they sold you. I have only had this car since March and it is now May and this is the list of problems I have had so far: Both head lights have had to be replaced (at my expense) there is some electrical issue that makes the drivers side window get stuck open about half the time and the radio knob does not work, when you turn it down the volume goes up, the first CD I put in is still stuck in the player, the right brake light went out, there is some issue with the right front — I believe my husband said it is probably a rotor issue — when you drive the car over 65 the car shakes and the steering wheel wobbles and there is more. The other issue is the disrespect of the staff. I had my insurance company fax over proof of insurance 3 different times (keep in mind — had the car only 3 months) and still every time I call to make the payment I am forced to reconfirm my insurance and they claim there has still been no proof. They charge you $ 50 per each 2 week period for their own protection (and this does not even provide you with liability if they don’t have proof). This last payment, of course, Marci claimed there was no proof of insurance and forced me to hang on the line with her while she called the insurance company to verify — as if I am a liar. This was on a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, so of course my Insurance office was closed, and she got half information from the answering service and proceeded to treat me like I was a liar based on bad information — which shouldn’t have needed to be proven again. I just really regret getting my car there and would and will warn every one I ever know to not go to this dealership. When a car is broken from the first day there should be something done to compensate or provide another ride. I was sold a lemon and get treated rudely for the privilege of overpaying for a piece of trash. Forgot to mention the tire that constantly needs to be aired up.

If I could give them 0stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE. When I first met them I thought wow finally a small dealership who really cares about customers and really try to do all they can, but oh how quickly they changed once they have you out the door. Every single conversation I hAve had with them has been horrible. I guess no one there took a course in customer service except sales everyone else is rude. Today my boyfriend’s brother went on to get a car and they have a scratch off referral program that knocks money off your balance due, so I thought great they get money and so do I. Win/​Win. Wrong again. These people have the nerve to tell them that we aren’t in the system, and im shocked because I’m still paying on the car now, im thinking ok clearly it’s a mistake. Gave them a call to clear things up and were told we aren’t in the system. Speak with a rep named Brenda (very rude to be a manager) and never pulls my account up to my knowledge and tells me she put a note on the account and I’m asking how. Tells me again she is the manager and it’s done, asked to speak with someone else and she tells me no one else can help. Only go here if it is your last option like I did two years ago, regretting that decision ever since.

The staff is very friendly and eager to assist with your needs. They were able to get me great finance terms

Fucking horrible place I make my payment and this people shut my car down anyways I call the office and one of the girls say o I’m sorry it was a mistake !!!

Got my car in February of this year, WORST MISTAKE I’VE MADE. Everything about this place is horrible. I’ve tried getting my tire fixed which kept going flat AFTER 2 days of having it. It took them TWO weeks to respond to me and all they did was put a patch on it when I was told the tire would be replaced. Don’t bother leaving voicemails, they obviously don’t check them. You’re told you get a free oil change when you make every payment on time (which ive done). now I’m told i can only get it done M-​F 8 – 5 which is the hours i work and i was told simply «sorry we cant help you». OH BUT THEY ARE SO QUICK TO CALL YOU TO COLLECT PAYMENT! Every department sucks, including management. Can’t wait to be done with these people, I can’t stand the fact that I made a purchase from such a SHADY company. I definitely warn people about this place when they are looking to getting a vehicle.
