Considering Radio Shack’s financial troubles I’d expect better service. I shop(or should I say shopped?) there because that’s the only one left open in proximity to where I live. My first two visits the employees were helpful although not very knowledgeable. On my third visit 6÷2÷2015 it was a downright disaster. I had to return a bad battery that I purchased last week and was met with both employees on the phone. One(Carlisa) was bothered enough to hang up while the other one talked. She was combative and unfriendly from the get-go. When I told her I want to return battery she begrudgingly agreed. Bad cust. service basically talked me out of a $ 80 sale as I meant to buy one of the portable hard drives on sale. I’ll probably won’t go there again and would visit or which have much better service and knowledgeable personnel. Sorry Radio Shack but I think that bankruptcy looks like it will be there to stay.

How this store is open is a mystery to me, bad selection, bad employees, tried to rip me off on a cell phone purchase. Don’t recommend this location.
