Pro Carpet Cleaning

I’d like to retract my last review. Company never showed up and I called them several times only to reach the voicemail. I’m very disappointment with the execution of the service.

DO NOT use this service. They are a middle man and use several cleaners, so your service is a crap shoot. While the customer service is very nice, these people arranging the jobs are very, very incompetant. The quote was for $ 45 a room, when the technician came, it was only $ 30 a room for a small one bedroom. It took maybe 15 minutes to clean my whole place. So clearly it’s a racket.
I had the worst experience ever. They scheduled me for Sunday, then I drove 30 minutes to my old condo and waited. No one showed up for my entire 2 hour window. I was in the middle of a move across town and REALLY did not have the time to waste. I finally call, and they claim to have left me messages and called me to cancel Friday and Saturday to cancel the job, but it was a lie because I received no missed call or messages, and I check my phone religiously.
Strike number 1. Not telling the customer know a job was cancelled. Not leaving any messages.
They apologize and they tell me the technician called in sick, which is a lie because the same technician told me himself that he was the one on call that day and took the day off over a week ago.
Strike number 2. Lying to the customer.
They schedule me for Tuesday, 5:30 — 7:00pm. The technician calls me at 9AM saying he’s on the way. They told him the wrong time. He reschedules with me for the same day, because I have a tenant moving in, so he agrees to around 7pm.
Strike 3. They told the technician the wrong time, and I had to call them back again to confirm.
I ask them because of the time change and I have a meeting, to please use this other number of a friend who will be opening the door for me. I give them the new number, requesting a 30 minute heads up. They never give that number to the technician. The technician arrives at 5:30, waits over an hour while I beg him to stay and clean because I have a tenant moving in tomorrow. He was never given the number, and is now late for another job.
Strike 4. They promised me they would give them a number and a heads up, but didn’t.
I can’t even leave a message, because calls to their office just ring forever, with a beep at the end, not a clear indication of whether or not I should leave a message or if it will be recieved.
Strike 5. No way for the customer to leave a message. Or if there is, it’s not clear.
Overall, with the poor communication, lying, outrageous price differences and inconvenience to both parties, I will NOT be calling this place again, and highly recommend you do not, either.

Morris was so prompt! He came right out to see the rugs, gave a good price. Had the rugs back before I actually ‘needed’ them for a party. He then brought them, installed pad that I had bought @ his suggestion, and cleaned another area rug that was full of cat and dog vomit. I totally recommend this business: Natural Green Carpet,
