1÷29÷16: Editing this review. After finally having to go to my regular gynecologist I find that this one was very inefficient. They will try to give you unnecessary ultrasounds in order to bring in the cash, and test for things that you don’t have because they’re inexperienced. I do not recommend. I’m starting them off with 3 stars based on my experience. I was almost hesitant to come here because of all the reviews online stating that the staff is rude. I didn’t find the support staff particularly rude. I think they’re just very young(one of the girls looks and behaves like she is literally maybe 17?) and inexperienced. They could use more training on customer service skills both by phone and in person. It would be nice to have a proper greeting when you walk up to the desk but they don’t say anything until you sign in. There is a huge lack of follow through, a lot of «We’ll call you.» and other vague answers to questions. And if you don’t know an answer on the spot and say you’ll call a patient back, at least do that and in a timely fashion. My wait time wasn’t heinous but there was a lot of having me getup and sit down when things could have been done all at once if they were paying attention. I saw Dr. Rahman and although she was very personable and took the time to really talk to me, I found the exam to not be thorough. It seems she relies solely based upon getting test results back to even make an educated guess on what might be wrong. I felt there wasn’t a sense of urgency even though I’ve had what I felt are some pressing and unusual issues. There is a lack of communication which kind of leaves you feeling in the dark without test results, which seem to take forever to turn around. Overall, if you have to go somewhere in the area, I’d recommend Pristine based on Dr. Rahman and the facility. But there are other places that will be more thorough, comprehensive, and quicker with more experienced support staff. I may do an update soon depending on how the rest of my experience goes.
