Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken

It’s Tuesday so it’s bust that’s to be expected; but that shouldn’t make a difference when it comes to quality. The 9pc dark I ordered turned out to be a box of mixed which wouldn’t have been too bad if it wasn’t for the baby wing that never should have been fried. I have a one year old abd this wing wasn’t bigger than his tiny hand. It sat right in the palm if his hand with no problems. Okay do I tell myself it’s not worth wasting gas driving back to the restaurant. Well of course after is at forget it’s not worth it we discovered a breast or thigh bone just the none fried no meat now what is that about now I’m a little frustrated. I attempt to call the restaurant but if course after calling nine times still no one answer this restaurant has totally gone down hill since management changed… Totally Disappointed

I went there last night, i getting ready to order and the person that was working the drive thru window she was very rude, had no customer service skills at all. i will never ever go back there again!
