Popeyes

This has to be the worst Popeye’s in Houston everytime I come here the line is wrapped around the building, apparently they don’t train their employees how to properly work a drive thru window. So say for instance there is one person at the window picking up their order the next car sits and waits at the order screen I guess until they can get the person at the windows order. I have been that person sitting at the speaker I kid you not close to 10 minutes waiting to place my order. Today I went to this Popeye’s and unfortunately I was at the back of the line and after a few minutes of not moving I decided to leave, when I drove around there was one car at the window while another customer sat at the speaker patiently waiting to place their order. This practice is absolutely ridiculous you do all that waiting to get crappy customer service on top of that, no thanks I won’t be back.

Every staff member in this place is rude. You can’t even ask for a sauce without them rolling their eyes. Food is good, but service is the worst.

Came here to get just a snack and Daniel helped us out through the drive through. He was super sweet and helpful. Thanks Daniel for the great drive through experience (:

Chicken is consistently undercooked, and had been for years. Have only been in the drive rhru, so I have no desire to discover if conditions of the establishment match their displeasure for cooking chicken thoroughly.

customer service here is the worst!
stopped by here for lunch and had to wait nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru for chicken that was under cooked!
obviously I wasn’t there when I saw it was under cooked oh and they didn’t give me my darn biscuit HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU FOR GET THE BISCUIT??? so I called and the woman who answered the phone said she was the manager (all she kept saying was wow smh), but after I explained all that was wrong with my order she passed the phone to another person who claimed to be the manager… so I had to repeat my story again.
This lady had the nerve to ask me to bring it back to prove it was under cooked! ummm I already wasted half of my lunch waiting in your drive thru line now you want me to come back to prove it? wow! NEVER AGAIN
I love me some popeyes but I will never visit this location EVER EVER AGAIN!

Stay away! Rude, lazy and slow staff. By far the worst Popeyes I have EVER been to. Go to 249 and spring cypress one. Way better experience!

Stay away! This place is horrible and not a reflection of the Popeyes franchise. Rude employees who play stupid really well. Also don’t think this place changes their frying grease very often, if at all. Tastes funny.

Each an every time I go to this location the drive thru attendants is RUDE as hell and my order is always wrong. From this day forward I’ll drive to spring cypress. If they don’t like there job they need find another. I’m giving two stars as well because of the chicken.

STAY AWAY. This place is possibly the absolute worst thing calling itself a restaurant I have ever seen in my entire life. I’ve never had anything resembling a «good» experience, or even a mediocre one, it’s always, without failure, completely awful. But finally, I’ve seen it be even worse than ever. Tonight I went through the drive-​thru to pick up food for me and my husband. Nothing crazy or difficult. Not even a very large order. At the window, after I paid (of course), they tell me it’s gonna be 15 minutes. Fine. 15 minutes isn’t great, but I can deal with it. FORTY-​FIVE minutes later, the zombie calling itself an employee saunters out, hands my food. I tell her forty-​five minutes is ridiculous — her response? A shrug and a bored expression. She couldn’t have cared less if she’d been dead. No apology, no effort to make it better, just slow, mouthbreathing employees and lackluster food. Never, ever, ever going back. If the place burned down it’d be no loss to the community.

This location had always had the worst customer service and slowest service. It gets to stars because it’s great chicken, but every time I come here it is a horrible experience. Sides are always out and the employees here are always in a bad mood. Management needs to completely revamp the experience here.

Wow not sure what happened to this establishment as it has gone down tremendously in 3 months. Grease is old and makes the chicken taste old. All the tables are dirty with employees sitting around watching TV. Soda machine has so much slime in the drain pan it’s backed up. Gross place won’t be coming back here I will stick to the Popeyes on West Rd and 290.

Been going to this location for 18 years. I really hate to say but the quility of this food is just terrible. The chicken was greasy and a tab over cooked. I used the drive thru and ordered a nine piece mixed and got a nine piece dark, The past few years the food at this location has just went from bad to worse or they get my order wrong. Bad thing the lady that took my order Shatara was very nice. Great customer service but who ever was working under her just mad her look bad. I was going to call and cry about my money differance instead. I think I will pay the extra money and go to KFC which is my favorite. My wife loves Popeyes but after the past few times I think she is starting to reconsider. I’m done with this location.
