Pizza Hut

Most incompetent pizza place ever. We ordered online, payed with credit card and then called after our pizza was 30 minutes late. 45 mins later it arrives, cold, and the guy says it cash even though we just payed online. We called twice, the first time to be hung up on and the second time they said «would you like another pizza». 2 hours of waiting for a cold pizza and we probably paid twice.

It was avg pizza. It was as ordered hot & crispy. The order taker was helpful. It’s good pizza

Worst customer service ever. I ordered two pizzas which we received in about 45 minutes (not bad), but both had the wrong type of sauce. I called the number on the receipt and let the person who answered the phone know what the issue was. They said they would transfer me to the manager. Got disconnected. Called back, repeated the process, disconnected again. Now I’m pissed off. Called again and demanded the person to give the phone to the manager. He said he would transfer me. I said HELL NO. I’ve done this dance twice already and got disconnected. I asked why he couldn’t just give the phone to the manager there at the store and he said he was going to by transferring me. I said no, I want you to physically hand off the phone to the manager there. He said he can’t because he’s not there. What!!! He said this is the call center. WHY THE F$@& DO YOU NEED A CALL CENTER FOR A PIZZA DELIVERY RESTAURANT??? I guess third times a charm because I finally got someone. When I told the person at the restaurant the issue, he said he could send the order correctly and take the other two back. I said what? No, we are not waiting another 46 – 60 (or more) minutes to eat dinner. We have hungry kids and people here ready to eat. We’re eating this pizza and you can send another two or comp this meal. He said the best they can do is give you $ 10 off your next order because if they send another two, they «need the merchandise back.» Are you f-​ing kidding me? Take the $ 10 and shove it. Idiot customer service.

Stay away I’ve ordered from here twice and each time it has taken over an hour to deliver the pizza and each time it’s been cold. In fact the first time I ordered I never even go the pizza the driver told me he was outside my house and he sure wasn’t bc I was standing outside waiting for him. Can’t get in touch with the manager bc they send you to stupid call center and they «message» the store and have them contact you and you never hear from them. Sad bc I like Pizza Hut but this location is absolutely horrible.

Worst experience ever had. If this place closed soon I would thank the community because it has the worst employee service due to front clerk who uses profanity a lot and is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service at the hands of Anthony on 8÷11÷15. If you want to get cursed at by a Pizza Hut employee this is the place to do it, if you want pizza head somewhere else. You can thank me later.

The pizza was very late, just arrived now at 11:55 PM and was ordered 10:17 PM. Obviously it was not hot when it got here and they forgot to bring the drink so I don’t even know how that gets refunded, the driver barely spoke English and didn’t seem to understand the issue.
I also called the location to inquire about my order four seperate times. After waiting 10 minutes on the 4^th attempt I finally got through and the order had arrived… Super ridiculously bad service and cold pizza. THANKS PIZZA HUT!

$ 10 any pizza. What a bad deal. One piece of pepperoni per slice. A large pizza is about the size of a medium, and they charged $ 5.00 to deliver less tha 2 miles.
BUYER BEWARE !! Don’t waste your money !!

Call dominos or papa Johns instead, the cheap price isn’t worth it half of my order was wrong, and they didn’t pick up when I called back!

They messed up our delivery order and said they would not fix it. The manager said he would refund the pizza if they were able to come and pick up the pizza. They then didn’t show up and never issued the refund. Is this illegal?

An absolute nightmare of a business. Call center an assinine idea. Grossly mismanaged, incompetent, disgusting, appalling… can’t think of enough big words to describe the failure that is Pizza Hut.
We will NEVER EVER order from Pizza Hut again and highly recommend that you do not either.

If i could leave no stars i would. This place has to be the most Incompetent pizza place ever. I waited over an hour for my Delivery that never came. Called the store, they had bo clue about my order. Which was already paid for and hit my credit card account. No help was given at all i suggest you avoid at all cost.

This place is usually pretty good when I do take-​out orders. Pizza is fresh and well made. Felt the need to write a review though after my last experience. Went in to pick up 3 pizzas. Got there at the time stated through the order (About 25 minutes after placing the order). The person working the register realized the pizza hadn’t been made yet, no big deal. Wait around for about 30 minutes and she comes back out and realizes that I was still waiting around. Had to get the people in the back to start making the pizza. Ended up, I was there waiting for about an hour and a half before my pizza’s’ were ready. She told me she was going to refund the purchase and I was thankful.
Now the problem is that the refund has never been issued. Called in after waiting a week for the refund to hit my Credit Card, and talked to the manager about it. He took down my info and said he was issuing the refund. Its been another 4 days and still no refund. Going by there today to hopefully sort this out.
Otherwise a great pizza place besides this one bad experience!

I’m too hungry and upset to document the hell this order put me through but needless to say it was so bad our order was free. Delivered to THREE different addresses. And please see the photo of the raw, disfigured pizza. AWFUL.

Don’t order delivery from here! This is a horribly managed Pizza Hut. Multiple failed deliveries. Afterwards, manager Colin did not make an effort to get our pizza to us or give us a free pizza. Worst of all the driver lied and said we didn’t answer the doorbell or the phone and that he left a voicemail. We don’t have a doorbell, and we never got calls or voicemails. Manager took the driver’s word over ours. If you’re in the area try Luigi’s or if late night then Papa John’s.

I know writing a review for a chain restaurant, but I feel like the Pizza Hut on Westheimer actually deserves one. It’s pretty much my go-​to delivery pizza for when I’m so lazy putting on socks seems akin to Hercules cleaning the stables.
I’m not really going to address the food per se since it’s a Pizza Hut, for pete’s sake. The pizza tastes like chain pizza. It’s good enough to get by. Not transcendent or anything, but all right.
Where this place shines is delivery. I’ve always gotten my food hot, fresh, and at least five minutes before the estimated delivery time. It’s really pretty great. They’re like Old Faithful, if Old Faithful decided to finally step up its game instead of resting on its laurels.
I’m not saying it’s perfect or anything, but if you actually need your food on time it’s totally worth it.

Leave it to restaurant chains to find out something is working and then immediately discontinue it. The Big Italy pizza is no more. Too successful, no doubt. Sigh
