Thanks for the cold pizza that took over an hour to come… Never ordering from this location again.

I have to say this place has gone down hill! From the old pizza dough to the lack of attention to the order not to mention there 3 hour delivery window this place sucks manager is no manager at all for the pm shift I had to call the operator five times just to get transferred to the store with nothing but lies about how my order is out for delivery only to get my order an hour and a half later. Giving the benefit of the doubt I proceeded to order from them another day for them to screw up my order again! All I have to say is I will be a loyal dominoes customer from this point on!

Just received my boneless wings that should be sauced from Pizza Hut… How can you not sauce your wings? Never again. Oh btw I’m not even going to post a picture of my room temperature pizza Total fail Pizza Hut This store puts out a very sub-​par products.

Order ANYWHERE else! They cannot get any order correct, even one they have to fix because it was wrong to start with. Rude management, rude delivery drivers, just a terrible place.
Save yourself a headache and your money and order from Dominoes, they get it right.

The worst service EVER!!! I called to change the arrival time of out pizza and they couldn’t accommodate me. Then an hour later for the time to deliver the pizza still no pizza. Called the call center twice and they said the manager would call. Never got a call. No pizza delivery. I won’t order from there again, and I will be sure to share with my co-​workers (500 people) I would give them NO STARS bc I’m stuck at work with out lunch.

The worst Puzza Hut in Houston! !! Always takes 1 ½ to 2 hours to deliver. Most of the time it is also cold. Pizza Hut needs to either change management or close it down

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star. Like a previous customer said, bye bye Pizza Hut! To begin with we placed an order online (like we normally do with ANY other pizza companies) and the estimated time of deliver was 80 min. Seemed like a long time figuring we were super hungry but we understood because it was a Friday we understood they might be very busy. So 2 hours pass by… By this time it’s already 10:30 pm and we call the «location» where we ordered the pizza only to find out that Pizza Hut has implemented this retarded system of a so called «call center» when you can clearly hear kids and noise in the back ground like they are agents just sitting at home taking the order. Anyway, we got put on hold 3 times and when they finally answered they LIED and argued with us saying that they had called and left a voicemail to let us know they did it deliver to our area. (Whhaatt??? We r right down the street!!) We had our cellphones on us the WHOLE time incase they called to get help fining our apartment. I just figured after allllll these years that Pizza Hut has been around, they would provide better quality service and the traditional one on one communication with the customer NOT A FAKE «CALL CENTER» agent!

This location lost Pizza Hut a loyal customer that has spent thousands for their pizza over the years. Never again will I use Pizza Hut for large catering orders or for personal consumption… and I’ll be sure to spread the word about my experience.
I called in at 8:40pm looking for a delivery. My order was taken, my card was charged, and I was told it was an 80 min. delivery time. I said that was fine as we would be home. We wait patiently until 11pm… over 2 hours for pizza, and no one was coming. We called the store to get an automated message that it was closed. I checked my online banking to see if my card was charged and it showed a charge reversal… luckily I got my $ back. However, to keep someone waiting for over two hours for food and not even call them to tell them that it would be too late and the order wouldn’t be made… that’s the most awful customer service I’ve EVER seen.
I could’ve lived with it if I was told up front that they couldn’t fill the order… or that even after 30 minutes I got a call to say that it wouldn’t happen… but to wait for that long and never be notified? Yeah, so long Pizza Hut…

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times, and it’s been great every time. They always have special coupons and offers on their website, and here’s a plus: The online ordering actually WORKS. I’ve had problems with my order getting lost in digital translation from internet to store at other pizza chains (Dominos and Papa Johns) but Pizza Hut has been consistently good, and that is what I expect from a chain pizza place.
The drivers are always friendly and prompt. My order always arrives a few minutes ahead of time. Also, they come right to my door and don’t need to call to find their way. While I don’t mind a driver calling to check directions, I sure do love it when they know their way around.
Currently, the $ 10 deal for any pizza, any toppings is great. Using the easy online ordering tool, this means my husband and I can get a half-​and-​half pizza and each get exactly what we want. I feel like they took extra care to make sure his toppings didn’t get on my half of the pizza and vice versa. They do actually go easy on the sauce if it is requested, and I really appreciate that. The reason I won’t go five stars here is because the dough is a little sweet for my taste. Next time I’ll try a thin crust and see if I prefer it to hand tossed.
I’ll live without Papa John’s crust and garlic butter sauce for the good prices and good service of this Pizza Hut.
