This place is a joke. Don’t order pizza from them. First of all, I ordered 4 pizzas online at . The estimated time of completion was 630. I showed up at 7 and the pizzas weren’t even ready. Another 5 – 10 minutes they said. So I went outside because this place was getting packed with other customers, for about 5 minutes and came back in and saw there was a long line. So I waited in line again for another 15 minutes and finally got to the front and asked if my pizzas were ready. She said«I called your name but you weren’t here» then gave me my pizzas. I was already irate for waiting so I left. To my mistake, I should’ve checked the order because as soon as I got home the pizzas they gave were all wrong and burnt! So we called the number on the receipt and they said they would have someone call us back. Nobody called. So 10 – 15 minutes later we went back to this poor excuse for a Pizza Hut establishment and requested to speak with the manager in charge and they sent out a new hire to speak for them. We showed them the pizzas and our receipt and all they could offer was store credit at that location. We told them no thanks. We wouldn’t want to ever come back to this location. People there were also complaining for waiting so long and their pizzas were wrong as well. Poor customer service. Poor management. If I could click on zero stars for this review I would. Never coming back to this place.

I ordered for delivery and noticed it had a 2 hr delivery wait, so I’m thinking maybe its just a mistake so I decided to make the call to them. Well turns out the calls are routed to a call center and there is no way to be connected to the actual store. I ask if delivery time is correct and the rude rep states«yup, only thing I can tell you about that is they busy.» I inform her I would like to cancel my order, which she states she has done. I inquire about my refund or void confirmation number, she states she doesn’t have one but she’s «pretty sure» it is going to be refunded. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I hold for 20min with no response. I unfortunately could no longer hold but will be calling back.

The pizza is tasty but there is no place to eat here. The staff is nice though. I recommend getting the BIGDEALBOX. You can mix and match the one topping pizzas inside.

I went in last Wednesday to pick up an order that I called in. Now, I’ve had problems with the call center previously and had a $ 20 credit on my account. The manager gave me the direct phone number to the restaurant so that I would not run into problems. When I called that #, a guy told me that I had to call the call center. Here we go again… I get to Pizza hut and the guy could not find my order nor my credit. He finally found the order because the call center had my phone number wrong. I noticed that they did have the fried apple pies on the menu. The call center told me they didn’t. I added them to my order and unfortunately they were out of them. Im glad that I kept the voicemail from the manager about my credit because it was not in their system. Ugh. I had to wait another 20 mins(Really). The wings are half price and I had 2 orders. They were not good at all. They were very small. One order had 7 wings and a piece of I guess, a part of a wing. What a joke. I dont know if they have different sized wings that they give you for the special but those were unexceptable.

What a waste of time to call this place. This Pizza Hut is LITERALLY less than a half mile from my house. I needed a quick easy dinner for my kids without having to take them out somewhere on a school night. I call the number, which UNBEKNOWNST to me is actually a call center in San Antonio. I place the order and they give me a delivery time of 7:36pm. That was one hour out. Ok, we can wait. Well we wait, and wait and wait and wait. An hour comes and goes, then an hour and a half. I call the number back and tell them we placed and order 90 minutes ago and have yet to receive anything, even a phone call stating the delivery guy was lost or something. That’s when they told me they are located in San Antonio and will«contact the store manager and have him call me and see what happened.» *SIGH* Ok fine. I wait ANOTHER30 minutes and no call. I call back AGAIN and get the same story from another person at their«call center». They will call the store manager and blah blah. I said NO, just refund my money(they had already charged my credit card) and I will go GET something for my kids, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid… but at this point, it had been TWOHOURS since I had placed the order and I had a hungry mob on my hands. She tried to talk me out of cancelling the order, saying«Maam, they will accommodate your needs when they call». I told her THEYWILLNEVERCALLMEDON’T YOUUNDERSTANDTHAT? It’s been 30 minutes since the LAST time I called you! I asked for the number to the store so I could call the store myself and she said she didn’t have it. Yeah, okay. She tells me my money will be refunded in 3 – 5 business days. We shall see if that happens. For the record, nobody from Pizza Hut ever showed up at my house and I never received a call. STRIKE… no more Pizza Hut. ****UPDATE**** As expected, the refund never came. After 7 business days, I called the number again and asked to speak to a manager. I got to talk to a young lady who was very nice and understanding. I calmly explained the situation and how I had asked for a refund and they said it would be 3 – 5 business days. It had never come, hence my phone call. She pulled up the order and said that yes, it had been cancelled… but the refund was NEVER initiated. SHOCKER! She apologized profusely and said that she would put the refund through right now, however, it would still be another 3 – 5 business days. My other option was to go to the store and get a cash refund. Long story short, I opted for the cash refund, even though it was very inconvenient to go back there to get it. I was glad that she made it right, however surprised she didn’t offer some sort of «apology» by way of coupons or something. Just a «sorry about that». Oh well. Pizza Hut, you suck.

Terrible location. These guys don’t honor pizza but coupons. They bulled a bait and switch on me on their carry out special, the any pizza you want coupon. When I got there I was told they don’t honor that deal and only had their stupid box special… it was late, too late to go to papajohns, so I bought, but it was def my last time going to pizza hut
