Pizza Hut

We ordered delivery for this occasion… cant have a party on the fly without pizza. I was hoping there was a more ma and pa type place that delivers, but not so lucky. It was easy enough to pay, order, and leave delivery info. Since the doorbell doesnt work and we were upstairs in a game room of a huge house, I left simple instructions to call my number when they arrived. If course no call, and they sit there for who knows his long until someone peeked out the window. Either way, the pizza was still tasty and mildy warm. I would definitely plan better to go pick up a hot pie next time.

This Pizza Hut should lose its franchise operations. 3 orders and they have all taken at least an hour with one order taking 2 hours and 12 minutes. Pizza Hut if you are listening your manager here is rude and bigoted. I am not his baby and I don’t appreciate sexist comments to try and stall for an order they are late delivering. I asked him twice to quit calling me baby and sweetie. Are you kidding me? In today’s world calling somebody baby over the phone that you have never met as an excuse for delivering late is ridiculous.

Very disappointed this guys not even give youa receipt for your order the only ticket is on the sticker on pizza really bad customerservice the employee specialy the cashier did not knkw what kind of pizza they have for 2 small pizzas she want to charge me 30 dlls lol crazy pls dont order from here

This location is a joke. Placed an order at 10:40 and waited until the delivery time at 11:40. It’s now 12:50 and have been calling for almost an hour. Aside from being on hold for the duration of the 50 minutes, i was either hung up on or ignored. hasn’t been the first time they’ve been over an hour late on an order. Don’t bother with this one.

I decided to take the time to change my 5 star review to a 2 star review. August has been very disappointing to me with Pizza Hut on Veterans near 1960. Earlier this month, I decided to take advantage of the online $ 10 Box Meal. It got to me an hour and a half after I ordered it. It was a miserable box of dough with mundane flavorings. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I decided to contact the company and let them know. They left me a voice mail offering $ 10 credit on the next order and instructed me to call in. I’d rather order online so that I don’t have to talk with confused inexperienced phone people. They either take the offensive attitude or play dumb if a complaint is made. I took advantage of the credit and ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings. I was told it would be only 50 minutes. It’s only a 5 minute drive. But, with traffic, maybe 10 minutes. I waited for an hour and made a call which resulted in a lie. I made another call in 1 hour and 20 minutes and got another lie. Finally after waiting an hour and 40 minutes, I called to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I was told ok. 10 minutes later, the delivery guy came to the door. I told him I didn’t want a 2 hour old pizza and I cancelled the order 10 minutes before he arrived. I called the store to let them know. I was never contacted again. The following Monday, I contacted the company again. The store manager called and I answered. He said the refund was on it’s way. He asked if I wanted his manager to call, I said yes. It’s not quite been 7 days, but I don’t think that refund has been made or will be. I only paid $ 5.47 on top of the $ 10 credit. I received nothing but an empty stomache and a headache. I’m very disappointed.

I always get great quality pizza here for an amazing price. The customer service is pretty good. Fast delivery service.

Horrible Horrible service. The ladies have nasty attitudes. Delivery time is a joke. We Ordered a pizza at 7:20 PM and the delivery time provided was 8:29pm. We called at 8:35 PM and the young lady asked «what do you want me to do about it wait another 20 or 30 minutes the driver should be there». We still ended up having to leave home to go and pick up the pizza at almost 9 PM, ridiculous!
