I have ordered from this location multiple times, and I have never been more disappointed. I know this is a pizza place, but how hard is it to mess up fried mozzarella sticks?! Even the pizza I ordered last time was craptacular. Barely any sauce and now the mess up with the fried mozzarella sticks. Completely inedible! This place was always my go to, but I plan to start going elsewhere. Thanks a lot… Update: called the customer help line, and was told they(management at store location) would call me back within 4 – 5 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes(given they might be busy on a Saturday night) and had to call back. Waited on the line for 15 minutes, only for them to tell me it would take another hour to receive the new ones. Not only do they have poor food, but also poor customer service. Never again.

Not a terrible experience… But really… The three people behind the counter were talking to themselves the whole time. When I walked in with my ridiculous smile on my face(ecstatic for pizza and wings). They were watching TV and didn’t break eye contact when I walked in … Forget the loud bell or the fact that the door is five feet from where they were standing. Just had an unbelievably bad experience at this sorry excuse for a «business.» Called to tell them my order was wrong. They tell me I’m wrong. I bring the food over to confront them about it and he says, ‘I trusted my cook’s word over yours.‘ After being proven wrong, he wouldn’t even give me a full refund because I didn’t bring the cookie back with me. Dude. I said, «Have you seen your Unilocal reviews? Don’t you care about your service at all?» «It’s not my store, so I don’t care,» says the shift manager. Absolute disgrace.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. So I literally live less than a half mile away. It took a 1.45 minutes to arrive. We called the store but it connected us to customer service. You wait on hold for 20+ minutes. They transferred me to the wrong store. Had to call customer service again, wait on hold for another 20+ minutes. Needless to say when The pizza arrived, it was cold and the bread was stale.

I am starting to hate Pizza Hut. My pizza was delivered cold and I literally stay up the street… the hand tossed was extra thin and the boneless wings were soggy! I’m sticking with Papa Johns, I learned my lesson.

Should be 0 stars! Save yourself the headache and order from another chain! First problem we had with this branch was the driver was pocketing the money from cash payments. They couldn’t verify our order or payment and had a whole investigation done because of this. Come to find out, the driver was stealing, and because of their treatment towards us as customers, we stopped ordering from them for months. Unfortunately we gave them another chance, which was a huge mistake! We ordered 2 pizzas online using the online promotion. Well 2 minutes after sending the order in, decided to add ONE marinara sauce, called in to add it and the agent gave us an updated total that was $ 10 more! I asked her why it was so much just for adding ONE sauce, she wasn’t sure, but she was going to notate that in the system to add $ 1 for the sauce. Keep in mind, we got the email confirmation showing the promotion prices and total before adding the sauce. Driver shows up with the receipt to collect the $ 10 more and NO sauce was in the order! We called the company line, spoke to a customer service agent, she did not see the note about the sauce nor the promotion prices, transferred us to a busy line. Then, the driver called his store managers and both called us liars when we told them we have the PROOF that we ordered the online promotion! They told us to call another number and still asked us for the increased amount! Both my spouse and I have worked in customer service for over 10 years as managers and can’t fathom a company calling their customers liars because of a system error. Pizza Hut has lost many customers from just our dealings with them and our clients. Papa Johns taste better anyway and we’ve had better service!

If I can give this place a –2, I would. Did a take out and got my order completely wrong and said I would have to wait an additional 15 mins for another pizza and the ingredients I wanted was not available! So WHY the f*ck would you place my order if you ran out of ingredients?!! Why not call and tell me when the order was placed? Gave me a meat pizza for my vegetarian pizza that was ordered. I’m so pissed and I didn’t know what to say and I just left. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable for the most basic of dinners. Great job Pizza Hut.

If I could give this place half a star I would. My husband and I ordered and paid for a pizza that NEVER arrived. First I called and they said it was on its way, mind you by now the pizza was an hour and fifteen minutes late. They assured me the manager would call me back and they NEVERCALLED. Another 20 minutes go by, I call again and they keep me on hold for 12 minutes and my husband decides to call on his phone. They said we had to wait for the manager. By now the pizza was almost 2 hours late!!! Long story short, we cancelled the order and they didn’t care at all. HORRIBLESERVICE.

Why am I not surprised by all these terrible reviews lmao this place is so trash &I give the Pizza Hit franchise a bad name… Save yourself the headache! I actually called the number that was given on my online order confirmation thinking it was the number to the store so I could leave a complaint with the manager but it was a hotline number in California. The woman asked if I wanted to be transferred to the store and I said yes. I was on hold for 6 minutes before I decided to hang up. With that being said, I don’t know if the workers were upset that at 10:15pm I ordered for delivery and they were closing at 11pm or what but I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese because 1. I like extra cheese and 2. The last time there wasn’t enough sauce on my pizza. So some wise guy decided to dump and crap ton of sauce into the pizza to the point where it was unedible. Plus there was NO extra cheese. And the crust did not have the garlic butter on it. I also ordered the buffalo medium traditional bone in wings and they barely had any sauce on them and the sauce that was on the wings was completely watered down. And on top of that the delivery was almost 15 minutes late. I have been a fan of Pizza Hut since I was a child. It is my favorite take out pizza. I am constantly boasting about the food and the quality. I’m from up north and since I’ve been living in Houston I’ve had nothing but bad experiences after the other when ordering from the Pizza Hut down here. The level of service and the quality of the food in my opinion is disrespectful to the Pizza Hut franchise and brand. I also had a delivery guy try to keep my $ 6 in change the last time I ordered without even allowing me to offer him a tip. Just tacky and rude service across the bored. I would like a complete refund. And I will never again order Pizaa Hut from that location!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Not only did they get my order wrong; what I did get was disgusting. The pizza was so soggy it was like it had been soaking in water all day. It tasted like it too. When I called about the order being wrong, this was before I tasted it, the call went to a call center. I was told she sent a message to the manager and I would get a call back in 5 to 10 minutes. Yup, you guessed it, an hour later no call, although at this point I don’t want the forgotten items that I paid for, I just want my money back including the tip I gave the driver as it is his job to make sure the order is correct. Bleh, never again.

I’m giving one star only because it won’t let me give zero. This franchise is nothing but trouble. I’ve never had a good experience here! Tonight was the worst. I ordered online, and it showed I could pick up in 25 minutes. Went to pick up and the lobby was full of customers waiting. Their systems were down and it was causing issues. Fine, I can understand that. But the employees were so RUDE. SERIOUSLYRUDE. Nobody would speak to customers. I finally got the attention of one girl, and she told me the system was down and my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited 20 more minutes. The orders were being placed in the warmer, but nobody was working at the front to match orders to customers. I finally get the girl’s attention again, and one of the orders sitting was mine. She rang it up, then told me she couldn’t take my debit card because the system was down. I asked if I could give her a check and was told no, only exact change. I told her maybe she could have notified me if that BEFORE I waited 20 minutes. I could have gotten cash and come back! No apology. I asked to see the manager and asked him why they couldn’t communicate with customers to resolve issues. He could not have cared less and wouldn’t even speak to me. No apology, no offer to do anything whatsoever to make up for all the trouble. He then proceeded to charge me full price and refused to discount for my trouble when I asked. I finally became angry and exchanged choice words with him. He discounted $ 2. Seriously? I told him he had no business managing anything because he clearly doesn’t have any concept of customer service. I am 100 percent done with this place.

Terrible. Ordered a pizza, got a TEXT from the driver. I have a foyer in my building and need to be called to answer the door. I called the number back seriously 20 times. NOANSWER. Called the stupid f****** call center. One thing, who’s stupid idea was it to start these call centers? I actually worked for Pizza Hut years ago when they instated them, and even the managers and employees hatted it. We got to the point where we were giving out our direct store number to customers. Any way… bullshit

Lena is the worst manager I have ever come across. When I ask her for her name she refused to give it to me and I hate to say, but to call her a crook and a thief would be the best word I can think of. On January the 4th I was charged for a pizza that I never picked up and she would not refund me for my order when I never got the order at the store or was it delivered to me. On February the 9th the same thing happened. My credit card was charged 75 dollars and she refused to refund the order that I did not take. Her supervisor or District Manager would not take ownership of the issue by a simple phone call to resolve the manner. Leave to Bank of America credit card did get my money back for me!

I have ordered here about 5 times for me and the office staff. I have to tell you the pizza is the bomb. Ok I did just order and its has been over 45 min. and I am hungry as heck but I will give them a call. The customer service does suck at the office. They are just not friendly. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you order. PIZZA is FUN. I broke up with them years ago and came back. Hope this Pizza is worth the wait. Because of lack of customer service a 3 star.

I’m giving a one star review by default. Worst of the worst! I mean, this is the truest definition of no customer service at all. Ordered a pizza around 10pm. It’s now 12:10 and I’m still waiting for my delivery. When called to check on the status of the delivery, well! All calls were forwarded to the central 800 number. Not happy! No bueno Pizza Hut. Get your sh! t together! Unhappily hungry and I still need to call my bank to dispute the charges on my account for a pizza I never got. Hey Pizza Hut! Give me my star back. You deserve NADA!

It’s been a serious struggle between 2 stars or 3 stars… Decisions Well first thing I LOVE pizza(hands down the best food besides bacon) soo I can’t really low ball them. I ordered the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza for pick up and let me tell you… When I opened that box hot, steamy deliciousness was upon me. It was like sudden rush of happiness filled inside of me upon sight.(Now that im thinking about it, sounds damn good) So I know you’re wondering why the struggle between 2 or 3 stars… My WINGS. I order boneless buffalo medium wings and I don’t know about you but I like my wings SAUCEDUP. I opened the box to dry wings. when I say my wings were thirsty I mean PARCHED. Then they wanted to charge me to put sauce on my wings that was already lacking in that deparment. …welp that’s how pizzahut robbed me.
